Center court is really beautiful I like it and also Chiva she’s the best and Elijah they know how to treat they customer and they really have give us a good service

I have been here for 2 years. While I am starting to see improvements around the building I’m also see improvements in the office. The staff have been very helpful as long as you communicate with them. With the cost of living increasing in Miami centercourt is still in a decent price range

The lady at front desk Chiva is disrespectful. She talks over people. They never picked up the phone.

I have been living at center court all my floor is clean pest control come often they probably had a bad management before now I can say they level up from what I heard before and I see different management Shiva is the best she helped with all you issues very quick she is so kind and you can see shiva like what she does kip on doing the right job guys great place to live guys

Center Court is an amazing place all around. From Saprina and Marisa in the rental office, the Cleaning crew making sure all buildings are cleaned daily, to Harold in maintenance ensure your apartment and property is in tip top condition. If you're looking to move or relocate, Center Court should definitely be where you call home!

It’s not all too at all fancy you have to deal with rats and roaches.but it’s relaxing and calm here at night. The morning waking up at center court is peaceful you hear the roosters lol and I like seeing the family unity in my community the staff is chill. I just wish the pest infestation was taken more seriously due a lot of residents health conditions but overall it’s cool place to be.

The complex is nice and the rental community staff is amazing. Chiva and the other staff made my move in process very easy and they are extremely friendly. They also help you with all your needs. I recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a calm quiet neighborhood.

I've lived in Center Court for 2 years now. Never had a single problem, its truly been calm and peaceful. From the day I walked in looking for help Marisa was helpful, kind, personable, professional and I am so thankful. She definitely has gone the extra mile for us residents and I can say that truthfully. From my 1st apartment to my current, Erica always made sure everything was perfect and in line maintenance-wise. Even if I need help with the simplest things, the staff is always here to my rescue. Saprina, our property manager does her very best to make sure our complex is clean and modern, always doing something new and making improvements, as well as community events for us.

Management (marrisa) goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going good and super friendly

Center court is a very affordable place, it is a peaceful and clean place. It is very spacious, huge parking available. The custumer service is on top, very courteous, I had the pleasure to be served by Miss Marissa, she is very courteous, responsible, and respectful.
I would definetly recommande it.

Despite the outside & consistent noise. Management does a great job trying to provide residents with the best care they can. Marisa definitely is the best. She really cares to help People and make sure you’re good at all times. She knows what she’s doing!

My move in to Center Court apartments was excellent. Marissa made sure my apartment was move in ready, up to my standards. Nikki, the manager, was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Erica made sure the inspection of the apartment was impeccable. Tamera processed my application in a timws manner. I highly recommended Center Court apartments.
