BEWARE of this office! They will not follow up with you after a procedure even if the results are detrimental to your health. The staff will actually BLAME you for not following up. Horrible service and not a caring office at all!

I had a terrible experience last year I have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy
Case 1: on early November 2022 I had a colonoscopy and after the procedure doctor prescribed medicine which was not covered by insurance (average cost over $600) and I call to the clinic and explain the situation and the lady said: she will reach out to the doctor and tell him to prescribe something else. (Till now nothing changed/ Feb 2023) I even concern about the same problem when I had a follow-up visit.after the procedure, they gave me papers with follow-up visit info while I call them a few days ago to confirm the follow-up visit they said to me: Sorry Sir, you do not have an appointment. I was really shocked imagine on paper the time date and doctor's name written but they were ignoring it.
Case 2: In December 2022 I had an endoscopy and after a few weeks I had a follow-up visit Nurse practitioner prescribed a breath test (via 3rd party provider). The problem is when I get testing tools in the instructions it says: "drink solution that is prescribed by your doctor" but I don't get a prescription. And I did a phone call to explain the case but no change.
Case 3: they charge me twice the amount I double check with my insurance and found that they were charge me more.
Today Feb 15 2023.

Dr. G was great! He took the time to listen to my experiences and showed he cares. He then provided options and next steps to ensure i get the best help available.

Always good prompt service with well explained diagnosis and professional treatment. Today was exceptionally good and pleasant. Demittre was friendly, and did an excellent job of explaining my results and what to expect next. He answered my many questions accurately and succinctly. I was at ease dealing with him and was very impressed. Thank you.

Follow-up appointment with Hannah was great. She explained everything in a very understandable way. I highly recommend this office; everyone you interact with are so pleasant and caring.

Everyone was very polite and went out of the way to answer every question I had. I was very impressed by the use of pictures and diagrams used to make sure I understood everything they told me.

Staff and physicians are very professional, but also approachable if you have questions. I have 100% confidence in this practice.

Very disappointed
Definitely not the staff who has to deal with this but the administration who totally forgot about the patient who obviously needs a advocate
After waiting 2hrs and seeing the PA that I was not made aware of I was not a happy camper
When I told the PA I needed to vent she replied that she had other patients to see!
I asked to see the office manager but it never happened
I truly hope that you look into this matter so that other patients feel they have a voice

I met with Dr Panzarella for the first time today. He was excellent and friendly and did the best investigates step for my problem. The facility is very clean and staff is wonderful. Thank you to the team!

I met with PA Hanna, she was very thorough, ask me excellent questions and gave me great answers. She was absolutely wonderful with her knowledge and her concern for my health. She is another great addition to your staff and I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you for my continued care. Joan Rose

Hannah Patterson, PA was very nice but hasn’t called in my prescription yet for generic Dexilant to my pharmacy. I only have today’s dose left

I wish we had this visit sooner. I am more at ease about what’s going on with my body. Thank you Dimitri!

I went with my husband for his appointment today 1/6/2023 and was very pleased with the dr he listened and answered all our questions. Thank you Dr. Mushahwar and staff.

I love these doctors and the office staff has great customer service, I works definitely recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Qualiata is a wonderful doctor! He has great "bedside manner" as the old term goes, when doctors made house calls. Very personable and thorough.
