I have had shoulder pain for over ten years - had the start of frozen shoulder but had soldiered thru the pain and just stopped using it when it flared up. Did cortizone shots and Physical Therapy twice over the last ten years. The last time it flared, I got an MRI, went for Physical Therapy and got my range of motion back, but I still had the inflammation and pain. Went to Dr. Rennella and he did the prolozone injection, I went from a level 8 pain to a 4. I could finally sleep on my left side! The next injection went from a 4 to a 2 and the last injection, I am pain free! I travel from Palm City to see him and will do so again!
