7Met Mi Sun for Yoga in Kelsey Park on Tuesday evening. The following day we attended her sound bath at her studio space. She is much more than a yoga instructor. She has had a lifetime of study in different areas of healing and try’s to educate her students while helping them to find a little peace in this chaotic world. Highly recommend for beginners and those already on the path to healing.
Misun made us feel very comfortable when we arrived at her studio. She is very knowledgeable in sound healing. Her sound bath session took me on a journey in which I felt as though I released tensions held in my body and felt very relaxed at the end! I look forward to my next session.
I had my 1st Sound Bath experience today. What a pleasure! I haven't felt this peaceful & relaxed in a long time. I didn't want the Sound Bath to end! I can't wait to spend another hour with Mi Sun.
I have been coming to Mi Sun for about 2 months. Everytime I come I feel relaxed and always feel the difference in my energy when I leave. When I miss sessions I can feel the difference in my moods and patience with people, and my friends say I look drained when I don’t come. Finding Mi Sun has been great for my mind and energy I love her and the sessions.

A friend shared this place with me and, not having had much previous knowledge of sound baths and their benefits, I really enjoyed this experience. It was so relaxing and I walked away feeling a sense of balance. Not to mention Mi Sun is a great presence and clearly is good at what she does. I highly recommend trying one of the sound bath sessions, especially if you have never done it before!
I was awe the first time I met Mi Sun, she is amazing. I usually have a hard time time falling asleep and I usually wake up at the slightest noise or movement but with sound healing it’s the most therapeutic experience I’ve had to date. My body feels incredibly loose and light.
I am now a faithful customer, there’s yoga and one-on-one sessions available and Mi Sun takes incredible care with all of her clients.
