Today my Mother had her first Dr.app with Dr. Mayoral.she was very nervous because she's handicap.since we got there the staff made us feel so good. Dr. Mayoral was the Dr. That you ever dream to take care of your ill mother. He was so nice.attentive and very HUMAN. God bless you Dr. I truly wish that more Dr's treat their patients the way Dr. Mayoral and his nurses treated my mother.

Worst service ever too slow a lot of patient at the same time. Parking lot is full you can’t find a space to park. I think they need to seclude less patient to be under control!

I have been here a handful of times and thanks to Dr. Giday and the rest of the staff, I probably will not need to return any time soon.
This place is always packed, but efficient. I haven't been able to complete even a 2 page form before I get called in. The longest I've had to wait was for my endoscopy, but the staff let me know beforehand about exactly how long that wait would be.
Dr. Giday's experience and education showed through effortlessly. He took time to listen and explain things to me; simplified the language when necessary. He was courteous.
The rest of the staff were as well; front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist, And the were appropriately jovial at times.
CDH made it easier to be a patient than many places I've had to visit.

Amazing customer service Dr. Mayoral was exceptional he made me feel very comfortable. The nurse Christina was also very comforting and friendly. Went in to my procedure extremely nervous and they helped me Through the whole process.

Went for a procedure and had to wait past appointment time and when I finally asked what was the delay? They advised the doctor was running behind schedule. I asked why they had not informed me of this. They had no answer.

This facility is fantastic! I have been a patient of Dr. Ruderman since 1998 and am very happy with him.

I accrued 3 bills here in 2016 totaling around $900 and began sending in $5 monthly payments on each bill due to the fact that I currently have 7 medical bills with a balance of around $4000 and am trying to pay on all of them but am on a very tight budget. This office always accepted my payments and sent me a monthly bill. In February I missed a payment due to personal financial issues and they decided to send my accounts to Fox Collections, however they continued to send me a monthly bill. I was confused when I received bills from both companies and continued to pay my doctors office as I had been doing for the past 7 months. I call the doctors office at that time and requested to speak to an office manager but Bebe said there was not one available and that she would have one call me back. This never happened. Last month I received a second letter from Fox stating that I had refused to make payment arrangements on these bills so I called them and spoke with my assigned rep Kat. I advised her that I had been making payments to the doctors office and had just sent payments the week prior because the doctors office was billing me as well. She said they had not reported the payment as of yet but they should be calling it in and it would be no problem. I told her that I did not want anything reported on my credit that is why I was being proactive to to try and fix any miscommunication up front. She e-mailed me copies of my bills and I advised her that I would send another payment in the next month. Two weeks later upon checking Credit Karma I found that the accounts WERE added to my credit report which caused my credit to drop 85 points. I contacted my doctors office again and was told that they never reported my payments to the collection agency. Furthermore I spoke with a Billing Manager Jo who was unwilling to help me fix my issue. She advised me that she "fixed" my account so that I would not be receiving anymore bills from them but that was all she would do. She could have cared less about me or my problem and this office clearly violated FDCPA law. Not to mention the fact that they diagnosed me with having IBS when, after seeking a second opinion, I found out that I have Gastroparesis which is another ballgame entirely!

Spent less than five minutes with Dr. Levine and it was a truly miserable experience. He is dark soul to avoid at all costs.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They are constantly messing up appointments, they make no acknowledgement of their mistakes, and they make it absolutely impossible to accommodate. Every appointment I made was incorrect with the exception of 1. Even the hospital was unaware of the planned procedure. I am still blown away that the receptionist has literally messed up every appointment time with 1 exception and made absolutely 0 effort to get me in.

Very friendly office and Dr Iligan is great and detailed. Very friendly doctor and explains everything in simple understandable language.

The infusion center is a hidden gem. I cannot recommend this place enough. They provide excellent customer service and are absolutely wonderful helping with any questions I may have and they also ensure I receive superb care.

They made me wait in the waiting room during my husbands routine procedure. I couldn't even go to the car. I was told it would be an hour. I've been waiting 4 1/2 hours and counting. They need to take cellphone numbers like every other surgery center does. Do not make your family members suffer through this. ANYWHERE ELSE would have been a better choice.

Dr Ilagan has been fantastic! I have been a happy patient here for years and recommend him strongly!
