I would strongly recommend finding a different Doctor. I took my 89 year old mother to see her and after 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting to see her we ended up leaving. No apology no return of Co-Pay. This Doctor fills up her waiting room and exam rooms with patients and makes you wait. Extremely unprofessional. When you get there don't let her wall of awards fool you, you will get no treatment, no respect and a DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE.

I have had to leave more than 6 messages to get an appointment. I had an appointment yesterday at 2pm. When I went to the office the office was locked and no sign of people present I waited for 30 mins- after taking time off work for this appt. I called their number many times and they have not called back or explanation of what happened. Very poor experience.

Dr. Sherrer is heaven sent. She is the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor I’ve had the honor of crossing paths with. She is more than capable and not in it for the money. She fills out necessary paperwork as soon as it is received. Although the wait times could be better she is worth the wait. She will personally fight the insurance companies for you. She saved my husbands life! She has done nothing short of go above and beyond for the wellbeing of my husband. I highly recommend!

I would surely give Dr. Sherrer 5 stars if it weren’t for her incredibly disorganized staff. Once past the front desk and into the exam room, yes, there is usually a 1/2 hour wait, but she is so incredibly thorough that I know she is giving the patient prior to myself the same care she gives to me. She spends so much time explaining her findings, side effects to possible medications, and analyzes blood work impeccably. She diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease after I had been told I had a different ailment by many doctors prior to her. I am so happy I have found her. I feel very taken care of, something in today’s world is very difficult to find. I highly highly recommend seeing Dr, Sherrer!

Front desk is horrible the receptionist does not know how to speak to people, she always have an attitude. Dr. Sherrer is always 45mins - 1hr late even though I always get to my appointments 15mins before. As for my diagnosis it seems as if they don’t take me serious even though I’ve been in pain for months and my autoimmune markers have been high. Never received a follow up after I was told to schedule for a telemedicine visit after all my lab work come back it’s been almost two months now and still no follow up as I called to schedule and then receptionist states she will call me back as D. R Sherrer does not do telemedicine and now I’ve requested for my medical records so I can schedule with a new rheumatologist somewhere else at a better location and I’m still waiting over a week after requesting my medical records and was told they will call when ready which we will see how long that takes. The office has so much potential if they would talk people more serious, handle people with care and respect and get a new front office receptionist because the one you currently have is bringing down value of this practice

This review is for the front desk/receptionist area. And wish I can give negative score. Very disorganized, unfriendly and poor customer service. She is easily confused about which patient is which; and which doctor is for which patient. She forgets to give the paperwork. I told her I needed script from Quest. She said she will ask the doctor, half an hour later she gave me paperwork for Labcorp! She even forgot to give me my ultrasound script. The receptionist is all over the place and very, very frustrating. No one ever answers the phone! When I tested positive for COVID, I called and left a vm. I didn’t get a call until 1.5 week later and was told I needed to get an infusion but it was too late by then. Because I didn’t get the infusion, now I’m suffering from long covid. I truly believe that if someone had gotten back to me right away to tell me I needed the monoclonal infusion, the virus would have less of an impact in my system. Due to poor customer service, lack of follow up (the receptionist probably never checks vm) and extremely disorganized - patients end up with negative consequences. Dr. Sherrer is a great doctor and I really wish she would put someone who is competent to do the front desk/receptionist. Otherwise she will lose patients (or $$ since front desk forgets to collect copays unless I remind her.)

This place is a waste of time I did blood work over a month now and they have not even call to let me know if they received it from the lab. Smh.my primary doctor still waiting. He suggested I did another blood work all over again

Dr. Sherrer, Is the most amazing doctor I have ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and, caring. She spends quality time with you. She does not treat you like you are a number. When she says that she will get down to the bottom of your illness, she means it. She is world renowned and yet so modest, she travels the country giving medical lectures at this time. Her knowledge is endless. I am honored to have her for my rheumatologist. She is most definitely a five star doctor or better.

Took my father to Dr Sherrer because of intense back pain that his normal doctors could not figure out.
She is a brilliant, knowledgeable doctor and was able to determine what was wrong even though the illness was not related to rhematology.

If it wasn't for Dr. Sherrer I wouldn't of had the time I did with my father.
She is a doctor of excellence

Dr Sherrer has been treating my elderly mother for over a year. She has cancelled my moms appointments on "the day of" for the last 2 appointments. My mom was not given an explanation other than "dr has to leave". We are still waiting to review her bloodwork taken a month ago and still waiting to get her first Prolia injection which was ordered over 1 year ago. I'm very disappointed and frustrated by the way my mother was treated by the staff who defer to the Doctor.

Awful staff. Staff stated doctor does not have time to sign off on notes. Therefore they can't provide medical records.

Horrible horrible. She diagnosed me and told me to come back in a week it's been a month and I still can't get in. My blood work showed that my disease is extremely high still have not heard from her. I've been calling the office for three weeks she never returns calls. Never filled my medication. She said I needed a special text l test and her office will schedule it that still hasn't happen. I call the office and Gavin puts me on hold and never picks it back up. I'm so furious these people do not care about your health

Dr. Sherrer is warm, caring and brilliant. She has many very ill patients so your wait time may be extended but this can be excused because she gives each patient her undivided attention, which is very, very rare today. I have been under her care, on and off for 12 years and she has been consistently wonderful.
