It is nice to have a friendly voice when you call and get Kat on the other line. The entire process has been really helpful and I grateful for your services.

This place is ridiculous! They send you off to go to out patient and. I did just that it took forever to get an Appt? Idk. Why? I followed up. Told I be SEEING A DOCTOR I SPOKE ON TELEHEALTH WITH. A. MEGHAN FOR ALMOST 20 MINUTES BEFORE SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS A NURSE PRACTITIONER. ITS NOT SO MUCH credentials. It's was lied to when I called to confirm. As well as Megan's disposition was left to be desired for a medical professional arguing. Judging
Condescending. Through our discussion. Why? Why did I experience that after battle after battle with my mental health. I NEED TO HAVE CONSISTENT CARE. I DID MY PART I WENT INPATIENT IN AUGUST I TOOK MY MEDS AS DR SMITH PRESCRIBED, PAST 2. MONTHS I BEEN STRUGGLING. I ALWAYS REFER PEOPLE TO CS
NOW? THIS ALL IS WRONG. AND NO ONE FROM THERE CALLED ME TO SEE IF IM DOING WELL

Dr. Prince is a treasure. He is really educationally prepared and super proficient. As a transfer patient to Centerstone, I am relieved to work with Dr. Prince, as he believes me when I explain that some previous meds from other providers are too strong, or need tweeking. He is more than educationally prepared. I think he is naturally brilliant and that tremendously helps him be a super physician.

The psychiatrist didn’t listen to me, tried to prescribe me a medication that makes me hallucinate right after I said it made me hallucinate, I asked for tried and true medications because of my fear of medication and and she said no we’re gonna give you the new medications in the market. I cant believe I have to pay out of pocket to be ignored and treated bad when I was speaking about myself in a visit I payed for.

The practitioner that I saw today was awesome she made me feel human. The conversation with her wasn't Dr client it was new friend, seeing a new friend! I would encourage more African-American people to seek diagnosis for something that seems to be simple nothing simple is simple it's something behind every door that opens you just got to be willing to open the door and see what it is. Thank you!

I really appreciated everything that Waleska Acevedo did for me, and how she got me through so many things that I was having such a hard time making it through. To me, she is a godsend!

No need to drive on medication

My experience with Centerstone has always been exceptional. The staff are warm, welcoming, and kind. The environment is calm and serene the therapists are awesome! I recommend Centerstone all the time.

Everyone since I walked in yesterday have been extremely helpful, pleasant, caring, and kind. It took the anxiety of seeking help away for me.

Nurse didn't have the equipment to take my blood pressure, kept getting error messages and probably pencil whipped something. My insurance card was given out to a total stranger because the other nurse was too lazy to get up and do it herself. I haven't even seen my therapist yet lol

Excellent service. Sometimes though, trying to call through the main switchboard has a long wait time.

It makes it so easier instead of going in a doctor's office itself a centerstone people are limited on how long they can talk Maria Barnes is my caseworker I surely do miss miss Dr sukan I was seeing him for a long long time Maria does a fine job she listens to you and we discuss all medications and refills she is an outstanding counselor who gives outstanding advice she needs to have a raise

Lisa, Andrea and Brea are all excellent, I could not ask for a better healthcare team for my son.
