Definitely disappointed. Back in April, I booked two colon therapy appointments (one as a gift) for a special occasion in July. Days before our appointment, I got a text moving our appointments to another day. We booked far out in advance because we have very tight schedules. We cannot work with the random and short notice change and requested a refund. I was told that it will take a few days to see the refund. Super unprofessional. We will take our business elsewhere.

They are always very flexible and willing to help! I purchased EMSLIM sessions and I already see results on my belly. Thanks to them I have a 6 pack as well as reduced fat. I can’t wait to try another services with them. They also offer a lot of natural supplements or detox treatments! Prices are very reasonable and they also have packages with even better pricing!

I made an appointment for colonics. I am a female. When I showed up after an hour drive they gave me a male therapist. And when I asked for a female they told they are not here on those days.

I obviously complained re male colonics person to perform it on a female and their response was “ to each bus own”. Hard to believe a female would be comfortable like this. They are not doctors.

I told them this is something they should have asked prior and she rolled her eyes.

The place was empty probably I am not the first one that will never go back.

Everything this places provides to our health and the staff that works here are amazing. I have found them since last year through Groupon search for infrared sauna and I have used them dramatically for many many other things they have. Health is wealth. Treasure it and respect it and go to clean start for regular self-care.

I used to really love this place. But lately service has not been great. My initial appointment was made for 11am. One of there reps called to tell me I would have to be rescheduled for 4pm. Right when I was getting ready to leave my house the same person called me to tell me my appointment needs to be pushed back to 5pm. I obviously canceled because that’s simply ridiculous. Definitely will find new location!

This was my first time at a cleansing spa and WOW I have been missing out! The space is very welcoming and bright, the therapists are knowledgeable and kind (Ashley is an absolute gem!), and the treatments are so effective!
