Terrible experience
Overcharged me when one of the movers lost screws to a bed he disassembled. Had to go back to the old house to finds screws. Screws lost and lied that the bed didn’t have those missing screws. Installed the bed wrong after numerous times telling him he’s doing it wrong got upset and walked away. Never completed the move. The owner try to discount 30 min and promised to bring those lost screws never did and discounted the bill but I still paid and need to order screws for my sons bunk bed. Never again and will not recommend them.

Cento made my move very easy! They were in time and let me know about an hour before they arrived! They got to work right away and we’re very organized. All three men were very professional. They wrapped the furniture and were very careful when moving things! Definitely recommend!

We used them to move to a new apartment approximately 300 feet from our old apartment. 3 guys showed up with a large truck and got to work with in minutes. Started out okay, but began slowing down after a few minutes. They didn't wrap anything like curio cabinets and other fragile items. It took them 8 hrs to move a 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom apartment. We did have a lot of boxes. But we feel that based on their work pace, if they worked at a "normal pace" they could have completed the job a lot sooner. They also left a small set of shelves out by the parking lot after they left. As well as some tools and smaller items. We have since found a few broken items as well. We hired them because Monster's in the Morning radio program highly recommended them. We have moved 3 previous times and haven't had this many issues. We will NOT be using them or recommending them again.

I had Henry, Martin, and Breezy help me move today and they were absolutely fantastic. Showed up on time, got to work and moved extremely efficiently with care for all my stuff. Super friendly and very professional. I would recommend them without a question to anyone needing movers and they’ll be my first and only call next time.

This company moved a Tennant in and their workers caused damages to the threshold and door. Everything was caught On camera and they've admitted fault. Weeks went by and they won't return calls or messages. Now they said they won't Repair or pay for the damages. There will be a lawyer involved
And court cost. This company needs to be shut down!

I had an interesting move. It was really two moves about six weeks apart. My dogs couldn’t be boarded the day we moved out, so they were barricaded on the porch, barking. Did I mention that we had A TON OF STUFF? !? It took longer than expected, but the crew was prepared and ready. And one of them bought breakfast sandwiches and shared with me!

Yesterday, move in day came. We had to change up the plan a couple of times, (because I’m bad at spacial reasoning,) and the rain caused some delays, not to mention was really just an overall pain in the neck.

It was hot and muggy and wet and gross. We downsized, so, not everything on the truck was going to go fit in the apartment. So these guys were shuffling and moving the things in the truck around so they could get to the things that needed hauled in the (second floor) apartment.

Every step of the way, even with all of the rescheduling and plan changing and other changes on the fly, my experience has been really stress free. Also, everyone has been really friendly! I’ll definitely use Cento again. Thank you so much!

Another great experience with Cento moving. The team was efficient and on time. So happy they were there to lift the heavy stuff and most of the stress. This is my second move with the company.

There are a ton of moving companies to use in Central Florida. Picking one can be tough. Let me help by recommending one that is local, reliable, professional & reasonable- (so basically everything you need in a moving company).
