2I haven't been to what I would say is a lot of bonds agencies but Central bonds is A+ G was awesome! They were professional, efficient, and most importantly timely. 10 out of 10.
False advertisement! They are not open 24hrs! Doug is very arrogant and cocky when he thinks someone needs him. Very unprofessional and does not like to listen even after he’s asked you questions! No one works on the weekends even though there is open sign on and a note on door with a phone number to reach someone. No one follows through with text messages even after they are initiated by the business. Stay away from this business. People think that they don’t need to give good customer service or be professional anymore as if they don’t need people to be in business!
