Hernan is wonderful. In fact, the entire staff is wonderful, knowledgable, and solves problems quickly and effectively.

The service was great, the staff is very nice, everything was clean and I will recommend this company to any person who needs air conditioning work done in there home or business.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE This company will send non English speaking technician out who will attempt to get the 95 dollars diagnosis fee. My heater has not worked from day one of installation. In fact the heater feature was never on thermostat I added it from Google HVAC ask a question. The technician arrived couldn't understand that I added the feature on the thermostat took pictures stating the heater is at 90 and that it takes an hour and thirty mins to heat because is a level five ac. I let my heat run for over three hours still no heat. The manager Alex Martinez is no better he calls to see according to the technician report the heater works. When my MAN gets on the phone now the heater doesn't work because the coils are dirty. My question is if the coils are dirty why the ac works. These folks wants money.my warranty expires in 2026. But they want u to spend money. When an independent outside technician arrived he stated the heater wasn't connected.to the thermostat.do not use the people o yea so he changed the thermostat my heat works with the dirty coils. So I called back to comfort and air spoke with a manager by the way Gabriel refused to return my call. None the less the manager goes so your heater works now what do you want me to. Mr. Manager don't do anything I have contacted the better business bureau.to report LICENSE# CACO57552 and will reach out to Mr Mendez as well

The technician took his time to explain thoroughly what was wrong with the AC and was able to fix the problem in no time!

Such wonderful and quick service. They replaced our AC unit and entire duct system in less than 12 hours! They picked up everything as well.

Eric, the service technician, arrived in less than three hours of when I placed my call for repair. I have a maintenance agreement with Central Comfort A/C and originally purchased the system from them in 2016. Eric even arrived early on the same day service was requested. He was expertly adept at working on and troubleshooting my complete A/C system. Along the way, I learned a great deal about the A/C system and how to keep from having these issues again.

Cynthia, the Office Manager, received my initial call, dispatched Eric and my A/C was back in operation in less than 90 minutes of his arrival! Central Comfort Air Conditioning is a super company run by great people.
