Never have I been to a spin class, I was intrigued because it looked so fun!
But boy does it kick your butt
I did my first class with Kylie the energy blast and boy was it killer. I was able to stay on beat which she did add was Important. I saddled most of the time but when I felt I could do better I did. I’ll be going to another class my legs are killing me but I’m a good way. I’m so glad I was able to find a place where even tho most of the group was killing it I didn’t feel like I wasn’t welcomed. Everyone was so kind at the end of class.

Please update language on your website about first class. I was so excited to try Central Cycling. I have done over 200 SoulCycle classes and was hopeful that Central Cycling could be my new go-to spin studio after moving to St. Pete. I read and re-read the FAQs before coming to class. I saw the language stating to “please come to first class 15 minutes early”, but no where does it state that you won’t be allowed to enter class if you come later than 15 minutes prior to class. Given I’ve done probably close to 300 spin classes across a variety of studios, I thought it would be ok when, after I running into traffic, I got there 5 minutes before class started. Setting up a bike isn’t that complicated when you’ve done it many times. Instead, I was turned away. I’m all for safety. If I had arrived after class started, I absolutely understand being turned away. Most boutique fitness studios have language requesting first timers arrive early, but I have never seen someone turned away for arriving closer to the start time than requested. The front desk person was friendly. So, I don’t want it to sound like I was treated poorly. I think the website should clearly state that first timers will be not permitted to enter class if they arrive less than 15 minutes prior to class starting. The way it reads now is it is more of a suggestion than a requirement.

Central Cycling has become my second home over the past few years, and I couldn't be more grateful for the sense of community it has given me. The atmosphere here is more than just a workout; it's about building connections and supporting each other on our individual fitness journeys.

Central Cycling isn't just a place to work out; it's a community that supports and uplifts its members. I've made lasting friendships here, and the camaraderie is something I look forward to every time I step through the door.

I can't believe I haven't written a review earlier! Central Cycling is the most fun you'll have while working out! Great staff, great music, great vibes! I've never been obsessed with working out until I started coming here. Best community in St. Pete.

Literally one of THE BEST spin studios I’ve ever been to. When I had to switch studios due to scheduling conflicts, I was super nervous to try a new place. Social anxiety can be crippling! I arrived and Rhiannon was the first to greet me with a smile and immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. All of the coaches are fantastic and unique in their approaches and I love that kind of variety… never predictable. They treat everyone like family. You’ll be giving your mind, body and spirit a gift if you decide to ride here.

I have taken a few classes as of now and I really like the music and instructors’ attitudes!

The best studio in the country! Hands down. I have traveled all over the US, and no studio compares to CC. CC is one of the reasons why I moved to St. Pete. The owner, Amber, has created an amazing community that genuinely supports and loves on every single person that walks through the doors. In addition, they do a lot of charity rides to give back to the community. It’s the best of both worlds! The classes are challenging, yet attainable. I always walk away feeling stronger and more empowered. They also provide modifications during class, so it’s perfect for all fitness levels. All of the instructors are top notch too. The messaging, choreography, lights, and playlists prove that CC is on top! You have everything to gain and absolutely nothing to lose.

Really enjoy shaking up my workouts with Central Cycle. The classes and coaches are amazing. I was new to spin classes 7 months ago and now I am a regular here, I love to come a few times a week for a workout. Would highly recommend CC to anyone interested in trying a spin class or wanting to join a new spin gym.

You're never gonna know until you try! This place hosts a community that is affectionate, supportive and amazing. I rolled the dice many years ago and now, 400 rides into it, i could not be more grateful. Amazing space, amazing teachers, amazing ownership. I was 230lbs when i started and this place helped me get down to 177lbs. That part is cool but the friends and family I've acquired being a part of this community is worth way more!

Great community! Best spin studio I've ever been to. Love the inclusiveness and the ladies up on the podium! Have even got to watch fellow members (now friends) become coaches and do incredibly well! This studio is everything you're looking for and more.

Not just a spin studio — it’s a literal community/family. I absolutely LOVE CC. The instructors are amazing— always bringing positive vibes & energy. The music is upbeat and fun to keep you going. I never leave a class in anything short of a great mood. I love that there’s different styles of classes, as I like to mix it up. Sounds cheesy, but I’m so grateful I found a spin studio like CC, truly don’t know what I’d do without it throughout the week

I’ve lived all over and attended cycle classes in many different states. By far the worst environment I’ve been to. I tried this class twice now.the instructor did not seem friendly both times. I also do not like being recorded when working out. I definitely did not feel welcomed and won’t be back.

The CC fam can be described as inspiring, motivational, and down right bad a**. The instructors guide you to push yourself 110% by leading with courage and diligence. Try it once and you will be hooked! #Megs #COCO
