Great doctors and staff here. Had hand surgery last year which went good also had a bad sprain on my left wrist got in to see the doctor pretty quickly went to get an MRI pretty quickly as well

Dr. Brian Leung is knowledgeable and up to date on the latest joint issue science and treatments. He is personable and quick to assess problem areas. Clinical and office staff are friendly and efficient. Office visits are always a pleasure.

TRASH appointment scheduling.
Making an appointment 3 weeks out, getting time off work cleared, and then TWO DAYS before the appointment they move the time via a text trying to sneak that they changed the time and when you call to question why the automated text time was different than what I had scheduled they go, "Oops, sorry! If you want to reschedule the next available is in another month. "

Doctor is awesome, professional, and nice. However, the other staff need an overhaul. Badly.

I was disappointed in that my needs were not met. I was misdirected to one dr. When I should have seen another. I have been in terrible pain for several months due to this. There seems to be a disconnect in phone personnel.

I would rather be able to talk to the receptionist at the office I am going to rather than a call center. I accidentally left the order for my procedure with a pain clinic on the counter when I left the facility. I had to leave two messages, one with the fax number for them to fax it to and also had to call back on the following Monday because no one called me as I requested to let me know that they had taken care of it. Pain clinic to this moment that I'm writing has not received that order. There are too many different players in this organization. The doctor himself is very nice, direct, and kind. I just wish their office ran better. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 20 minutes while other people signed out or paid co-pays. Also the people who are at the window discussing their appointments and medical issues cuz clearly be heard by other people in the waiting room which is a HIPAA violation. The waiting area should be bigger but if that's not possible then only one person at the window at a time While others have to sit and wait. Well you ask so I answered

This was a help and everyone was kind and patient. The only thing I didn't care for was when I called a few days after my treatment, I had to leave a message and no one called me back.
