I'm not sure what was done to my car, one of the basic things was rotating the wheels and that wasn't done but I paid the amount. Imagine the other services, I didn't like them.

The service was excellent and professional, everything was very friendly and excellent, I recommend it.

Winston was amazing! He helped with my car maintenance, informed me on what my car needs. Overall Great service, and I will continue to go here for any other car maintenance services I may need.

During our 2023 vacation to Orlando our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down. Of course, it was out of warranty and required the secondary warranty to be used. And it was during the holiday season, which meant that the secondary warranty group was not at full staffing. It took forever to get through to the insurance to get approval for the repair. It was a nightmare, however, the service people at Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Center were awesome. They arranged our rental car and completed the repair and got us on our way. I highly recommend Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service.

Please stop SPAMMING ME. I haven't owned a Chrysler since November and you idiots constantly email me on the service of that god awful Pacifica.

Depends on the person who will work with you, but most of them are great, they are reasonably priced, they need to love their cars more, they only do main maintenance & fixes, no upgrades to the cars

Had to bring our 2021 Wrangler in twice for the same issue (Tech couldn't duplicate, happened to us again the day after we picked up). Upon dropping off the 2nd time, we were told it would be 3-5 days for diagnosis + whatever time necessary for repair. We were told no rental car would be available until after the issue was diagnosed.

We have had multiple issues with the service department at this dealership. We won't be back.

Winston was attentive, considerate and timely. He went the extra mile to oversee the repairs on our 2021 Durango!
