I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled after my first visit with Dr. Rodriquez. He projected kindness, confidence, knowledge, spent appropriate amount of time without making me feel rushed. A great sense of humor and a treatment plan going forward left me hopeful when I exited to consultation. The office is very business and the staff at all level's did their best to accommodate. I'm looking forward to our progress and a long term relationship.

Impossible to get a hold of. They NEVER answer the phone, only call back sometimes. I've called probably a dozen times and only gotten a call back from Debra twice-stuck in an endless game of phone tag. I've tried calling at opening, at closing, early in the week later in week it makes no difference. Someone recommended using extension 203-that's Debra's extension. There is no answer there either, makes no difference.

Really takes the care out of healthcare.

I had to make a last minute reschedule of an appointment because of a work emergency. Because it was on a holiday and the office was closed I submitted a reschedule request through the patient portal. I received a phone call the next day from a gentleman who was very rude. I have also had many problems calling to schedule appointments in the past as the last time it took 3 weeks to receive a call back and when it was scheduled it was incorrect as they did not allow me to schedule an ultra sound even per my Doctors request. I have been coming to this location since 2019 and recently have been very disappointed in their professionalism and service.

Been coming here almost 5 years, never had any phone or pharmacy issues. Dr Kenneth Rodriguez is excellent.

Front office staff is very rude. I arrived at 2: 47 for my 2: 45 appointment (That I had been waiting a month for) because of traffic and the receptionist told me the doctor was too booked to fit me in now and I had to reschedule. She was rude, unkind. I will never be going back if that was my first impression,

My mom has been coming here for probably over a decade. A few years back she was diagnosed with late stage Parkinson’s and I have completely taken over her care. With this being said I found this office to be the most frustrating out of a multitude of dr offices we see. They completely over test. As I would normally appreciate a thorough practice, I see her results are completely fine all the time, but they continue this most likely for continual billing. It’s absolutely ridiculous to be honest. If she had a reoccurring problem I would understand this, but she doesn’t. The office is slammed packed all the time and they literally have only 2 handicap parking spaces for patients of all of these doctors which makes all of this so difficult to get her even to her appointments here. I’ve been her caregiver for 6yrs and no other specialist office we see is this difficult. I’ve brought it up to staff, but no one seems to care. ADA compliance should be taken more seriously for our handicapped community. Especially an office this busy.

This is a good practice. Well organized. They are very good about making follow up appointments. They offer lots of services on site instead of sending you off to other places for labs, tests and procedures.

I have been trying to set up an appointment for weeks leaving multiple voicemails with no return calls being made. Way to show you care about the health and safety of referred clients.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Rodriguez is simply amazing. He never made me feel rushed. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable and concerned about what’s going on with you and the why. Explains everything in detail. In this present day medical system, I rarely walk out of the office feeling heard. And he’s a nice relatable guy as well. He medical assistant is great too. So disappointed in the care I received since my provider left this office. I was a patient of Dr Rickson for years and incredibly happy and well taken care of. I received a text message in FEBRUARY that she was no longer part of the practice as of DECEMBER 16… talk about poor communication. I saw Dr Hilda Mireno and was disappointed to say the least. My medication record was way off, only my thyroid condition was focused on. I provided trending graphs of my labs off of the website where I get my labs done and was told “ I’m sure it’s because you switched from the generic to brand name thyroid medicine. ” I also questioned my yearly thyroid ultrasound that I have had for the past 6 years and was disgusted by Hilda’s response (calling her Hilda because her response does not deem her worthy of the title Dr) she said just call if you have any trouble swallowing or coughing and we will see what we can do.the vast difference in treatment by two providers in the same practice is astounding. I absolutely will be finding another provider OUTSIDE of Central Florida endocrine….

I was referred to this practice by my doctor, and they have sent all of my medical records to them. I have been calling for a month now, only getting voice mail that says someone will return my call within 24 hours. Nobody has returned a call in a month. This leads me to ask the question, if they have no time to answer or return calls, do they actually have any time to pay attention to or treat their patients?

They charge patients incorrect copays and blame it on the “lab” even though labs were drawn at quest. Then we waited over an hour past our appointment time that we were 10 minutes early for to finally see the doctor. Whole day wasted.

Just left for my ultra sound review. VERONICA MOORE was my nurse practitioner. Fabulous experience. She is so upbeat and truly enjoys her job. She changed a stressful visit into an encouraging visit. Highly recommend her. I wish she could teach a course to others in health care on how to do your job.

Horrible cust serv thanks for dismissed my wife after 14 years of serv. Probably was about time to make a change.that we can get a new doctor whit different mentality hopefully not incompetent staff.god works on strange ways. God always provides

ZERO STARS. I was referred by a current patient that raved about the doctors in this office. Unfortunately, whom ever is the office and responsible to contact potential new patients is not efficient. According to the answering machine if you leave your name, D. O. B, and number you will be contacted in 24hours. Well, a week later I have yet to receive a call. Mind you I called and left a 2nd message stating that I had left a message. No call back. I normally don't leave reviews, but I needed to on this one. Oh! The patient portal only works for current patients not for new ones.

I went here for years out of convenience. Kept going because I thought Kenneth Rodriguez was nice enough and close.
Now the office staff……. These people were very condescending and would never ever ever go an extra inch for you, let alone an extra mile. The staff is 100% the worst part about going here. On average I had to call the office 25+ times to get a hold of someone that could help me. They don’t respond to voice messages also.
If you follow their “portal” it will just prompt you to make an appointment. Useless. You are just a number here. They do not care about you and they always tried to get me out of there as humanly possible. It’s all business here and I do not recommend going here unless it’s out of pure convenience for your commute.

The one thing that never faltered in this office is the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THE LADIES IN THE FRONT COUNTER PROVIDES on a daily basis. They give service with a smile. Always happy to help. They are attentive and efficient.

I have been seeing Dr. Bauer for a few years now and she is amazing. Not only does she listen to your concerns she addresses everyone of them. She keeps open lines of communication and she is very receptive to all concerns. As for the office staff they are very kind and welcoming. I was recently in communication with Richie about rescheduling issues and he went above and beyond to help me find an appointment that would meet my needs. This practice truly is amazing in my book.

I was so pleased throughout the entire visit. Everyone was nice and caring. I would definitely encourage all to try this practice.
