Central Florida Lincoln Service reviews
2Disappointed in the slowness of the service center, and the very apparent lack of knowledge from the team in completing their jobs efficiently. First off, we waited for months after purchasing our vehicle from the dealership to get the paint protection, inside protection, and TV's installed. We had to call several times after 4 months to inquire. Magically then, they had them in, and to schedule appointment where my vehicle could be picked up and dropped off, was a month out. So I schedule the service for then, and now since it has been so long, also for the regular service for oil and tire rotation. One month later, appointment arrives, and since I was going to be near dealership I called and told them I could bring it by and save them from coming to pick up. What a mistake that was; after over an hour of waiting - then it is kind of a cluster; I made this specific appointment for what we bought and the service as well; well instead of scheduling it for a day when those guys would be here to do the paint and TV's, they only scheduled for the service, so they had to keep my car for 7 days. I wasn't too upset given at least I got a loaner (even though it was too small for my family compared to our Navigator and I had squish my 3 kids in the backseat). Service states we need $1k in service (hmm, just bought the car 4 months ago and only drove 4k miles, and these issues were not addressed then? , okay fine whatever we will pay for it). Then I go to pick up my vehicle today, and I had to wait for over an hour to even be helped and pay and get my car. Thought by paying for a Lincoln we would have better customer service than we did with Jeep, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am normally a pretty patient person, but this really put my patience to the test. The service department needs to get it together and offer high paying customers better efficient service.
5 Star for manager at bodyshop. 1 star for Lincoln motors they have major problems with driverside front door on late model MKZ with major rust problems on bottom of door. Fixed multiple times by dealer. But never fixes the root cause and refuse to replace door.
