They will take your money and never answer their emails or calls. Corporate office just as unknowledgeable as the office staff. Multiple tenants on a social media post claiming they have roaches and rats

These people are thieves, do not make any application over there. I made an application for a move in in December, they have not called nor emailed to say anything, well of course they have the fee and hold moneys. Now they have the nerve, the audacity to call me in January to tell me that the appartment is ready, and they refused to give me my money back. Y'all really are thieves, thieves in every way.

Maintenance is great and explains why the issue occurred and Tom was exceptional for coming on an Sunday to fix my AC.

I have lived in my apartment my 2 plus years. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and efficient. They fix whatever problems I have had the first time, without complications. Victor Is very polite and extremely helpful. Both men are helpful even when I stop by their outside garage to ask a question.

After living here for almost 2 years now, my 5 star rating solidly stands. The Property Mgr. & office staff are some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Victor is always working to maintain the property and care for the needs of the renters. I have nothing negative to say, nor has anyone I’ve talked to. All the neighbors I’ve met are very nice and are happy living here. In my experience, Central Landings is a great place to live.

- Little to no maintenance of the dog park
- Way too many inspections with little to no warning prior
- Never answer their phones or get back to you
- Constantly raising rent and ridiculous fines
- Neighbors fighting left and right with nothing being done
- Glass constantly being shattered everywhere
- Filthy stairwells and hallways

I lived here for 4 years going on 5. I feel safe and happy, the office staff and maintenance are the best! Especially Marie Patri, Thank you!

They never answer the phone don’t take care of issues and Kelly is always rude and doesn’t seem to care about things just want to rush. Had to call the cops multiple times and no one cared because our upstairs neighbors frought until 2am but didn’t do anything about it

DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY they raise rent more then anything, never answer the phone, could care less about your problems no matter how many times you complained nothing gets done, rude af and Kelly always has a attitude and never cares

Manny and Victor respond very quickly to maintenance requests and are very professional, kind and friendly!

I’ve had a great experience with the entire application and moving process! Nina is amazing, she is quick to respond, and super helpful! The complex is gorgeous!

I've lived here for 3 years and had no problems. The place is new (3 years) so everything is clean and in good condition. The staff is responsive and the maintenance crew is very good. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy living here so far. Nina has been a tremendous help in getting me accumulated to my new home! The maintenance crew is also great.

Brad and Victor were kind and friendly during their visit. Got the job done in a timely manner.
