Dr ziton is really nice and personable. As everyone else is mentioning in the comments, the staff is horrible. Extremely rude and show absolutely 0 empathy.

Wonderful Service. Doctors and staff are caring and compassionate. I have been a patience for 3 years.

Worse STAFF ever. Rude and disrespectful. I had to remind the lady at the front that I am a human being.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are so rude and disrespectful. The staff is the absolute worse. It is clear that they do not care about their patients. They are not organized. They rescheduled my appointments, had me redo my blood work, could not find it, then blamed me for going to the wrong place.even though they are the ones who gave me the script. Please think carefully before assigning yourself to this place.

This have nothing to do with the the Doctor, I am so disappointed with this lady who is a member of the the staff. She wasn’t polite or not even a bit of courtesy she’s more like a bully, I was at the office to pay the balance on my account on 04/27/2021 and to have the doctor call in my prescription to the pharmacy, she wouldn’t give me a chance to talk and explain the situation to her.

First and foremost, The Nurse Practitioner Laura Ziton was fantastic. Very personable and very nice. The office staff however is the reson i'm giving this 1 star review. In November 2020 I made an appointment for a physical. Dr. Ziton sent me for blood work and requested me to return in two weeks. I work in the health insurance industry and it was Open Enrollment so I couldn't take another day off of work to come in. We agreed to do a virtual visit to discuss my bloodwork 2 weeks later. I get a call the day before that I have the appointment and I ask to confirm that it will be a virtual visit and the woman I spoke with told me they don't do physicals through virtual visit. I explained to her that I had already done my physical and was sent for lab work and the appointment was the follow up and that Dr. Ziton herself had said it was ok, but she refused to even ask the doctor and argued with me that they will not do it. I made an appointment to come back Dec 18th when OE was over and Dr. Ziton apologized profusely to me about how there was a mix up with the office and that I should have been allowed to do my appointment through a virtual visit. We schedule a follow up for 3 months later and I leave. My appointment with doctor Ziton WAS tomorrow (now cancelled) because I get a call from the office telling me I haven't done my bloodwork yet for the follow up. When I explained to them the bloodwork was done back in November, they told me that I needed to do more blood work for this follow up and insisted I was handed a form to do so. I was not. The woman on the phone I spoke with started to catch an attitude with me when I questioned why I needed to have blood work done again 3 months after having it already done for a routine follow up so I told her to cancel my appointment and she hung up on me.

I work along side doctors offices on a daily basis helping my clients whenever there is an issue or they need confirmation of policy benefits and they are having trouble locating it. I'm on the phone with a doctors office at least 3-4 times a week and I can honestly say this office has one of the worst staff working up front that i've had to deal with in the last 3 years.

BUT, Dr. Ziton is great. I highly recommend her if you can put up with the front of the office not doing their jobs.
