Central Ridge Library reviews
15Central Ridge Library is part of The Citrus County Florida library system. Central Ridge is modern, clean and a great place for learning. This facility also has space for community meetings and gatherings.
Great innovative programs offered and Sterling staff members= great library system that gives citizens their moneys' worth and so much more! Kudos to Eric Head and employees and volunteers
This library has a great selection of books, DVDs, audiobooks, etc. They also run a bunch of programs going on every day for kids, teens, and adults. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Love this place!
Very loud. I come to try and study for school but there is always a group gathering that are very noisy. You can hear everything in the private study rooms. I wish there was a designated quiet space.
Occasionally go there to use the computer's. Staff is always friendly an helpful very pleasant inside
Very well staffed.lots of title in books, DVD and CDs.jigsaw puzzles too.helpful staff.also the Libby website is amazing. 3600 different magazine titles and more! Check them out!
There was not a designated quiet area and if there was it was not enforced. Do not recommend studying there unless your good at tuning out.
Nice building, great people, nice selection of books and other materials. We go there often.
Good selection of books, DVDs, Music CDs, and other materials.
Covid-19 precautions in place.
Great staff. The library has changed for the good over the last few years. Wonderful programs for adults and children.
Nathan was of great assistance at the library I thought everything was nice and clean and everybody was wearing masks I was very happy
Usually ok if the computer lab is available, however, the staff can be Really loud. Right now, for example, they are Loudly discussing the times they can go to lunch.
They have almost all the books I like and if they don't they order them for me and they arive at the library in 1-3 days.
A lively place with something for everyone. This library system has the shortest waitlist for the best sellers of any library system I’ve ever used. They have a friendly staff and they have great programs. There’s always something going on. Forget your image of the library as this quiet place. There’s a reason the parking lots are always full: Books, movies, exercise classes, magazines, computers, craft Programs, free tax help, techies to help you with your phones and computers or other devices. You name it. Plus they have books and magazines you can take home forever for free and digital sites to download books onto your devices.
As a library card holder, I was happy to have the opportunity to check out the digital e-books. However, more often than not, there is such a lengthy wait to check them out that it appears I have to purchase them if I want to read them in a reasonable amount of time. Now, I see that instead of making more books available to library card holders, the board has chosen to spend a very large amount of money on a digital newspaper instead. So I find my library card to be usless.
