Central Title Services reviews
3Central Title Services was great to work with. Petra was always available for questions and she took care of every step, we had no delays on our closing. I will totally recommend working with them.
They are great, on top of everything. My client was out of the country during the contract process and they were able to close on the property on time and handle every situation along the way. It's always easy and better to work with a title company that keeps you inform of every step. I Recommend this company and I will use them again.
Central Title Services took my escrow check for the purchase of a home in Sarasota, Florida. Before the closing, someone from this company called to tell me the g was going to be delayed but he had no idea of when it would be rescheduled. I had to sign an extension for the closing. The following Monday, my realtor for that sale called to notify me that the sellers were canceling the sale and did not sign the extension. I was not going to be able to purchase this home. I did some research because something just did not seem right. I found out this whole entire deal was one big real estate scam. Turned out that Central Title Services had cashed my escrow check for $1500; however, they crossed out their business name on the check where it was written out to them in dark black ink and made it for deposit only with no signature required. The Sarasota Sheriff's Department and my bank, Bank of America (even though they cashed it) wanted me to bring the cashed check with their strange crossing out their company name to the Police. Believe what you want about this phony company and best of luck! Don't be scammed like I was!
