Centre lake staff is great I been living in the community for many years and I would not change it for the world.

The place is ridiculous and honestly the worst 6 months here. First of all the reviews half of them are fake or made up by bots. The rents are 1400 for a studio they never fix or update. Francy is super good to you when you’re moving in and giving money besides that she doesn’t help. The neighbors don’t care that they have neighbors. It’s full of cops day in and day out. Honestly the worst experience. I don’t know where those other great reviews came from cause the office barely even answers the phone. I can go on and on but honestly it’s not worst my time or the experience here.

Fancy is the best, so helpful, she made me feel so comfortable, moving in was a breeze, I love my apt and the staff.

The first time going to this place was horrible! I went to drop off my sister in laws payment. You would think the rent office will be open because it’s 11: 00 I went there the door was closed but you see a lady at the desk so I knocked. And knocked no answer so after repeatedly knocking a lady came to the door with the most nastiest attitude and shouted at me and said “ oh my gosh im busy”. The worst place ever if I can give zero stars I would! Do better!

Keep your car doors locked! I experienced two young men robbing unlocked cars while I was sitting in my car late at night and they only stopped because I set off ny car alarm and scared them away

The leasing office agent love she was wonderful made me feel comfortable on making the decision to live here and also very informative knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had my only issue was my move in date the cleaning crew did not stand up to the part nothing was cleaned appliances bathroom not even the carpet that’s my only issue other then that everything else is pretty decent and I would recommend for someone to live here…

It’s been a great experience living here.the staff at the office makes all the process go smoothly.my favorite staff member is the manager, francy.she always helps me with anything and everything very quickly.great person! 10/10 recommend

Very nice place to live. Anytime if something needs to be fix they’ll be always there and the apartment manager is very understanding and sweet I will recommend anyone to live here.

Their motherly customer service out shines a lot of ESTABLISHMENTS in Miami today. Knowing how hard families are trying to get into housings, as well as maintain their housings arrangement, puts a significant amount of stress on management, because they have to remain disciplined by following up the process and courteous enough to give home looker options when they fall short to be able to complete the process. I’m great til they worked so well with me. YALL DA BEST!

Should anything need to be fixed or replaced in your apartment, it is done within 24 hours. I love the area the apartment complex is in, tucked away but also right near a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Again, my stay here as been fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough! ”

Carline made this process so easy, haven’t experienced great customer service like this in years. I called multiple times inquiring about the apartment, she answered all my questions even provided her email and her assistance till the end of her shift. I’ve called numerous properties and felt rushed to make a decision, Carline was patient and informative. Can’t wait to move!

I been a resident here going on 3 years never had a problem with management always nice and understanding. The current management team is great they are making good changes to the property. Obviously things like that takes time but soon this complex will be amazing. There area is great right next to all the major highways and the neighbors are awesome. Thank you management team for trying to improve our home! Special thanks to Francy and Sandrina for always looking out and getting what I need done and Ashley for always being amazing thanks.
