Very good service, excellent customer service, 100% recommended, the efficiency of the service is impeccable.

Terrible service. I went for a shipment to Guatemala and they offered me 3 box sizes, however I had to go buy the box since they did not sell them.

They sent me to Home Depot and Office Depot and it turns out they don't sell those sizes.

I tried to buy another size box and they wouldn't let me. I asked them to sell me any type of box they had, even if the measurements were not those allowed for Guatemala.

They preferred not to give me the service since I could only send with the measurements that they had as a requirement.

It seems illogical to me to put a box size that one cannot buy or that they do not have there. Little common sense to provide solutions and they preferred not to do business.

I had used them before but from now on I will never use them again.
