Definitely would not recommend using this dealer. Was sent an offer via TrueCar for a vehicle I was interested in, but once we started really talking numbers, I realized the offer wasn’t being honored. And not only was it not being honored, there were thousands of dollars in hidden costs that were now showing up. When I asked about all this, I was told that the sales manager said “there are only a couple of these on the lot, so he’s not willing to let it go for the price that was sent. ” On top of all of that, communication was very poor and dismissive. From what I can gather, a lot of issues stem from the management level. All around a very disappointing experience.

Century KIA provides honest, efficient and clean services. They are the reason why I own two KIA vehicles. Mr. Ray Franks is “The Expert Service Advisor! ” He is very efficient and trustworthy just like my two KIA vehicles.

Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend a young salesman named David. Very personable, great overview of the car and features, and answered all my questions with no hard sell! Every person in management (GM, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Service Manager) all introduced themselves and offered to help while I was there. Fantastic team effort!

Shaun Gough (Service Advisor) is always polite and helpful when I am in for service with my 2023 Telluride. We go over my paperwork upon arrival and make sure all my needs are listed out and the tech can be thorough on my visit. The sales staff that handled my sale is always there as a support team and treat me like family. We had to wait on some accessories that I wanted that Kia didn’t have available at the time of sale. Everyone in sales/service/parts sent me updates via email along the way to let me know status of the parts. Shaun keeps me informed as my service appointments occur and they have always offered me a loaner. A mom of 5 who lives almost an hour away, I bring work to keep myself busy and schedule my appointments on my husbands day off. Rob Bailey (Senior Salesman), John Webster (New Car Sales Manager), Mark Donahue (Parts Manager), and Shaun always work together to make sure I’m happy and comfortable. Even other salesmen check in and offer bottles of water through my stay. Century Kia has been impeccable for the year and a half that I’ve been working with them! Come by and see the guys and build your own Kia super team and family!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Walked in just to get information and left with purchasing a new car. There was no pressure whatsoever from anyone I worked with and I could tell they were trying to help me find the car that best fit my needs.

UPDATE: Came in for service to update the security software and was quick and easy.

I had my first KIA Soul I purchased in Wesley Chapel KIA and loved it. I needed warranty work and was on my extended warranty. I called them and the scheduling person would not pick up and was on hold for 10-15 minutes.

I hung up and called my local KIA dealer here at Century. They told me to come in and met Kris from service who was great.

I was there for a little while and met Shalani from the sales team who was talking with me. She took some time out and showed me a 2021 KIA Soul. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it.

I did not get my hopes up though as I have been working on my credit. She took my information and with the help of the Sales, Finance and General Manager Todd Nelson, not only did I get into a Brand New car, but my payments came down over $100 a month.

Century KIA now has a lifelong customer because they did something simple as Answered their phone.

Jose was AMAZING. I’ve called literally every single Kia dealership in the Tampa Bay area and he was the one who helped me the most. I took my car in to get some work done in the service department and barely waited. They even washed my car for me!

I have to say in al my history of buying cars this was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever had. Jessica was amazing and extremely helpful, was surprised to know she had only been there 3 months. She was very professional and friendly.
Also the manager was very nice and not pushy at all, which is usually not the case with managers. He bent over backwards to find me the car I wanted and did it in one day.
I will highly recommend Century Kia to all my friends and family.
Not to mention I absolutely Love my car!
