I’ve been going to this nail salon for 5+ years solely for my eyebrows and lashes. They are Unprofessional, Disoriented, and Unorganized. You can be there from before the time they open till after 1pm just for eyebrows and lashes you will get skipped! Or end up arguing with one or more. I can tell you they definitely lost a very loyal every week customer for sure.

The service was good price not bad compared to other places. Has the availability of regular or gel nail polish. My daughter and I saw roaches. The place was organized but has its clients.

I went there early so there was availability. I was waiting for the person that does eyebrows to show up but she wasn’t there so I decided to get a mani (full set) and pedi.

There was a gentleman that told me to sit down at his chair and there were Roaches crawling out of the plastic cap that he was placing on the foot spa. He saw the bigger one and flicked it away, the little one escaped from the hot water that he was filling up the container with. I anticipated leaving and I don’t know why I didn’t.he finishes my pedicure and it actually looks nice.

He takes me over to do my nails and I tell him what I want. He tells me for one rhinestone on each finger and two designs he’s going to charge $10 each. Ultimately he does designs on all of them in a way that he wanted to do it in total I was charged $130 for acrylic nails and a pedicure with gel polish.

The set is not hideous but it’s not what I asked for. I’ll just stick to my eyebrows and lashes on occasion.

Great nail salon the picture on the right is what I wanted and the picture of the left is what I got. 10/10 I recommend going here. My friend (male) also got his nails painted black. It looks great.

Central Nails is the most popular place because the people that work there pretty much know everyone that comes in.

Terrible experience they use cheap eyelash glue which have me an infection Linda removed them and said come back in a week she would redue them or refund me which Ann refused to do! Ann got mad and started talking her language really loud to some guy maybe owner who also said no refund must pay again lol they are a whole joke id never recommend them they are very nasty people who talks about Americans they don’t deserve or appreciate us

They work slow and open 30 minutes later than the time shown on the door. The clients are apt to fight with one another at a moment's notice which is likely due to how disorganized the business is run; everyone looks annoyed from waiting. No one knows who's next! Roaches walk by like they came for lashes and nails too! The owner makes lame jokes about the clients to their faces. This place is not worth the trouble at all.

Had a nasty experience with this place will never go back. Service is poor and Toney attitude toward his customer is very unkind. Whenever his worker do a nasty job and you asked them to do it the way u wanted he tell u the worker say they don’t wanted to do your nails etc. Would never go back to this business place, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to.

Call the salon and asked if they have time to do a mani and pedi, and was told to come. When I arrive I was told that they can’t serve me anymore because he’s too busy.

These ppl told me the service was 160 and I’m looking at my transactions and it says 185 don’t swipe your card there they are theives

Very dirty salon. Multiple times I had to tell the nail tech to clean and sanitize the nail equipment before using. She used a dirty nail file and used toe separator on my toes that had leftover residue. They do not use sanitized equipment they only spray with rubbing alcohol and not efficiently. I regret that I didn't just walk out.

I love outcome when Ann wax my eyebrows. I am sure the other ladies do an excellent job as well. Nail services I've had a few times, most nail techs do a super job! Ask for Tony, the owner he has a good rapport with the regulars.
The state of the nail salon is not the best when it comes to cleanliness. It's very dusty and dirty, and appears to no attention in months. The scent of chemicals used is too strong and better ventilation is needed.
Most times nail techs do not wash hands after each client but uses sanitizer. I am not shy in asking to wash hands before attending to me.
Over all the employees are nice and does a good job.

If you wanna go home and cry go here but if you wanna be happy GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place 0/10.

Had my nails done. Told him I wanted them the same design as I had which were v with a pink you couldn’t see my natural nails behind the colour. Got clear and rhinestones that apparently look “very pretty” as you can see my nails look hideous 2days after 1 nail snapped, 4days later paint started pealing now a week later to lifting really bad. Also the nail that is lifting the most he tore half of my natural nail off while taking off my other nails I kept telling him it was hurting and he kept ripping a nail tip under my nail. I’ll never go back there again. I was going to say something but the shop was already very heated with other girls complaining so I paid and left but definitely wasn’t worth my money I spent.

I don’t recommend anyone going to this nail shop a week and a half ago I went and got my nails done I have one simple design on my nail the nail broke last night came to the nail shop this morning and this lady had the nerve to tell me it will cost me $15 to fix one nail with a simple design I will include a picture of the design and how simple it was

This place is completely unprofessional and unorganized. They NEVER arrive at the opening time. I've shown up 1 hour before posted closing time twice and was told they are closed. I have seen them in there 1 hour past the closing time. Tony is rude and acts too familiar. Every African American is not ok with how you speak! You are not one of us. Some of the clientele think it's cute but they are of a particular class. On one occasion they over changed my card for gratuities and I tipped the nail tech in cash. They decided to charged and extra $20 in tips for services that cost me $57. They don't have to worry about my black dollars!

I went in at 7: 20PM and when i called @7PM the MANAGER said he was closed which was errors because the close at 7: 30PM… i will never got back to this place again! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nails came out exactly how I wanted them to be. My nail tech was fast and efficient. I’d definitely come back again.

Listen eyebrows and lashes are amazing but the wait is insane! It's a hood spot so you should be aware there is nothing fancy about this place at all!
