Debbie, the office manager is very rude and unprofessional. I was double-billed by the lab they used because of a physician error. After repeatedly leaving messages (which were supposed to be answered by the end of the day), I finally was able to talk to her. She was loud and very argumentative, not listening to me but constantly talking over me until she finally hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. She should not be working in patient customer care as she is extremely unpleasant and uncaring. I'm now stuck with having to pay two bills for the same service.

This office was recommended by a friend and so I just walked in and told them about my foot problem. I was impressed with how clean everything was and how nice everyone was answering all my questions. The best part was that they gave me an appointment that day. I walked out happier than I walked in.

Anxiety being first visit. Everyone was nice. Dr. Ortiz was swift, but thorough and willing to answer my questions. Being diabetic and not having my feet checked in years, it felt good to have him check them and to know they were doing well. He did say he would send in a prescription for medicine to put on my toenail, but when I checked with the pharmacy, they did not have the order. I called the office and was told they would call and let me know. That was 3 days ago and I still have not heard from them.

Present Attention at the reception desk, Dr.very pleasant, listened carefully and explained everything well. Very good experience.

Well spoken and knowledgeable staff. We were taken back 5 minutes after are appointment time and seen 5 minutes after that! What Dr.office does that? The reason for the visit only lasted about 15 minutes and I was out.

I do almost all my own foot maintenance but I had to come here as I had an ankle problem I could not fix. I also had my normal foot maintenance done and the employees from the receptionist to the finish up team (7 in all) were just outstanding. I felt like I was treated as if I were a famous person and I'm just an ordinary old man. I will be going to this facility more now that I know how well the staff perform their jobs. Excellent. And NO nobody related works here and not getting any deals for this review. I just praise when praise is due.

Doctor Ortiz canceled me again minutes before my appointment.
They don’t care if you are in pain or if step out of work for this appointment or nothing.
I understand that she is well known for cancel appointments last minute. Very unprofessional.
Definitely never come back again or recommend to anyone.

I hate to even give them a single star because they deserve none! I left multiple voicemails on separate occasions and never got a phone call back until I asked for a supervisor. They show very little care for their patients by never following up, ignoring prescription requests and inquiries from an insurance company, and showing no respect for their patients. Dr. Jasmine M. Cruz, DPM left my mom in the room without giving her the information she asked for and the rest of the staff completely forgot that my mom was still waiting in the room. This has been the worst experience despite giving them multiple chances to improve. Don’t waste your time, you, as a patient, deserve better!

Going into the unknown and not knowing what is going to be done and what procedures have to be done to relieve the aches and pains in my feet I have to go back now for an MRI or a CAT scan because I do have low blood flow and see what happens and I will continue to give you a good rate I appreciate it to Dr. Cruz,
Dr. Cruz explain what was going on and what was going to be done in terms that I understood.

Great staff, doctor Day was on point too, took care of my issue on the spot. I was in and outta there in 20 mins. A record for a doctors visit

The office very clean we'll managed and staff is very friendly welcoming and helpful. This was my very first visit with Dr about my ankle. Looking forward to continuing with in my treatment.

Dr Ortiz is a fantastic doctor and tells you step by step what he is going to do so you can understand and his staff is fantastic

My husband had an appt. With Dr Cruz, has to go back in 2 weeks for follow up.
I got calls from the office manager, Debbie, making sure he is doing good, and that he is taking his prescription.
What a great office!

I met with Dr. Melissa Cohen and was very happy. She is very knowledgeable, honest, personable, efficient and I felt taken care of. I would highly recommend her.

Very pleasant experience. Dr Cohen was a joy to have for a doctor. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My only negative, the exam chairs should be repaired.

Generally the appointments are timely and I feel like they are focused on my needs and not trying to beat the clock.

Great diagnosis looking forward to fixing my bunion so I can walk pain free for the next 20 years!

The worst customer service. Debbie is the manager and is extremely rude and unprofessional. Does not have any customer services skills what so ever all she can do is blame Ally the girl at the check out area which is girl that is not wearing a mask in the picture I attached that she got my information wrong. I called and Ally hanged up and was unprofessional as well. There’s no need to point fingers fix it and address it to your employees and help the patients plain simple. The turn around here is unacceptable they don’t know what’s going on. This place is garbage and not worth the time or money. ZERO STARS
