Lu was wonderful, very helpful in answering my questions and expeditiously getting me renewed.

Tiffany at Cape Coral in training may need a prescription herself. When attempting to schedule appt, I provided first name and when she misspelled it I attempted to correct her and she barked back interrupting me, fully burdened by the call. She made no attempt to salvage the appointment when I suggested I might shop around (due to customer service issues though I did not voice why). She just hung up on me.

Love them, super easy to get everything done and if you’re not tech savvy I know they help patients with the actual MMUR registration! Awesome ladies:)

Update: a year later and still loving them, Dr. P is great!

This group is wonderful, caring & very knowledgeable.
Having a TBI makes the smallest thing difficult for me.
So I’ve found a better Dr group and they also helped me re-very to the State.
