Greeted upon entering branch. Teller was efficient and accurate in providing the needed services.

The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I went in for. I have been going to this location as long as I can remember. However, yesterday I had a very uncomfortable experience. Only two employees were wearing masks. The one who helped me was not, I asked if they could put one on since we were in an enclosed office together and I do not know them/who they may have been exposed to/etc. The employee was super reluctant to put a mask on and was almost rude towards me saying since I was wearing one, it did not matter if they did and that they do not wear masks at work. I was appalled. How long have you all not been wearing masks? Are you all vaccinated (nowhere is that disclosed to customers) ? Do you know it is still a risk?
This made me as a customer feel uncomfortable and like they did not care about my health or safety. Thankfully I almost never have to go into the branch itself and I do not plan on it again unless I have to. Absolutely horrible and careless.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ADDITION FINANCIAL! I've recently opened a new checking account with Chase, so I decided not to use this bank anymore, but I left a couple hundred dollars in this bank just in case if I ever needed to use this bank again, but that was a huge mistake. They keep withdrawing money from my account for some checks I never wrote to anybody. They did the same exact thing before when I only had like $15 left in my account and they kept withdrawing money for no reason just so they can charge me overdraft fees. At first, I thought my bank was linked to PayPal or something and thought that was where my money was being taken from, but my bank was not linked to anything, and I set my Chase bank as my preference, and I always only use Chase to buy things. But when I tried to dispute those unknown charges, they said they can't fix it. So basically they've been stealing my money. Be careful everyone. Make sure to always leave enough money in your bank so they won't charge you for unknown fees to get overdraft fees. I wish they will give my money back but I know they won't. They are really on some bs. The worst bank ever!

I have been a member since the mid 80's. The service, for me, has been incomparable and unbeatable. There are a lot of great people working there. Awesome team!

"Ms. Lilly, " my mother and I would like to extend our sincere thanks for what you have done to save her hundreds of dollars and helping both of us get back on track financially. Since our family relocated from the USVI in 2017, a year that our territory along with Puerto Rico and other Caribbean Islands etc.faced 2 category 5 hurricanes, we have been strapped and stressed financially and now we can breath again! I have been a member since 1998, in and out of many branches. This particular branch is by far the worst of all that I have experienced. Had this branch been my first experience with CFE I would have never became a member. Prior to this Mills location all of my experiences with CFE has always been very pleasant.

Love CFE. I’ve been using them as a shared branch for years at the mills location. Would have given them 5 stars but for some reason shared branch members are no longer able to use the drive-thru. They require all deposits to be made inside. Not a huge deal but it is a little inconvenient. Hopefully they change this.

Meh. Personal service is much better than a traditional bank, but they still charge fees for unnecessary things.

Terrible customer service and card service. They also had my car towed out of the parking lot while waiting for a bank rep inside. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I visited the location at 947 N Mills in Orlando to deposit a check into my Campus USA account using their share network. Was told they could not because the CFE shared network has been down for the PAST WEEK and it's unlikely it will be working today and all CFE branches are affected. Worst service experience ever!

Drive-thru teller was quick to pointout my flaw that she screwed up on the deposits. Normally the process only takes minutes, this morning however took 15mins while she left me on the back burner.
