It was such a fun experience. We went in thinking it would be a tedious chore to rent chairs and tables. HOWEVER, Emily greeted us and asked what we thought we might need and details of the event. Emily was delightful to work with. She had so many great ideas and color combinations.
Everything was extremely reasonably priced.

BEWARE if not just someone but your venue warns against using a business take notice. My son and his wife were RIPPED OFF by this business. Part of the linens had stains when received. Not only did they have to use them stained for their beautiful wedding they were charged extra, a LOT extra to use the used stained linens. Then to top it all off they were extremely rude! Worst customer service ever.

Be very cautious renting from this organization as we were warned from our venue to not rent from them. We rented tables and liens and three of the ten liens had stains that were noticeable but due to delivery timing of the event, we had to try and hide the stains with table decorations. Due to craziness of getting ready for event, we didn’t contact the store and let them know about the stains upon return. Then we receive an additional charge of $320 because there were some liens that had small dime size candle wax on a few pieces. The organization not only made us pay for the cost of “used” liens plus the rental fee. They were very rude when discussing other items already damaged but stated we should have left message on recording when we noticed the stains, however they wouldn’t replace prior to event. We are out of pocket for the liens and paid more for used liens with prior stains than we did for the entire rental cost. Carefully look at your items upon delivery so you don’t get caught in this scam as we did. I wish we listened to the venue as they warned us from renting from this organization.

I rented an arch from Chairs for Affairs for my parents’ intimate vow renewal ceremony. The staff was very courteous from the beginning when we first inquired about a rental until the end when we returned it. They also helped us load and unload the arch without any issues. The service was great, the rental process was easy, and the arch was beautiful!
