Challenger Learning Center of Tallahassee reviews
7Love visiting 'Challenger Learning Center'. Perfect place for kids. Their IMAX theater is awesome. Tickets much cheaper than other theaters. Nice gift shop. Great staff. Will return.
I had bought tickets to an event that unfortunately had to be rescheduled (that’s what they told everyone anyways) and I had tried calling at least 4-5 times for 2 days straight while leaving messages and also private messaging on Instagram page. Finally had someone answer my phone called at 5: 30 in the afternoon and asked are y’all still having this event and she said no it has been canceled. Couldn’t get a refund right then was informed I needed to call between 8am and 5pm. I informed her I already tried multiple times with no answer. Still no refund. Seems to me they didn’t want to inform anyone that they had canceled the event entirely and was just going to keep the money. This challenger center will never get any money from me any more!
The planetarium was amazing! I was lucky to get a chance to be the only visitor at the time slot for my show. The instructor was very knowledgeable and excited to answer any questions I had before and after the show. If I visit Tallahassee again I will come to see other shows available. The price to enter wasn't expensive and Sundays the parking is free!
I would like to come and enjoy all they have to offer but i cant figure out where you park.why didnt they put this place somewhere easy to get to and in and out of? If they were in an a more accessable location, i believe more people could and would visit.but at its current location its just to hard to get to.it is very sad and disappointing
1 star for a previous family membership pre-Covid. Would never recommend this.
(I think I'm so used to Museum of Science and Industry (or MOSI), which for a nominal bit more funds, provides far more edu-tainment value. No comparison or it would be less than zero stars.)
Drove 2 hours for them to be closed to the public. You really should have that posted here or your website for people.
Had to change the rating since I never actually got to go in and experience it. I do remember calling to figure out when they would be open again to the public and the lady on the phone was pretty rude though.
