Patricia the dental hygienist is awful I would never go to her again. I think Dr. Hitzel should have her clean his teeth before he ever hires one. See how he likes her digging like a backhoe. I go every six months to get my teeth cleaned and that is the second worst experience I’ve ever had there. The last Worst experience from my dental hygienist was a fill in during Covid and I was gagging on blood she was that bad. I do love Dr. Hitzel I think he is the greatest.

It was okay. We talked a lot and I felt like less talking and more cleaning would have helped. It was just as much my fault. She was nice though.

My whole family has been going to Dr Hitzel for 20 years. We have NEVER had a bad experience. All good from cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, cavities, teeth whitening and regular exams.
The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All of Dr Hitzel’s associates are awesome. We can not say enough about them.

Very customer service oriented practice. Professional and experienced staff ready to assist us.

When I first went there I was treated well, the work in my estimation was good.
My insurance would not cover a crown and they could not take the care card issued me. They were not set up. In fact they refused to set it up.
I went to another dentist who was set up to take the car. They asked when I last had my teeth cleaned I said "last week at Hitzel"
They didn't believe me because of the plaque left behind. It took forever to get my ex rays from Hitzel and they were unusable.
A year ago I had them make my partials. Amonth ago they did, "well its time to look at denture". "Nothing wrong with the partials. Profit.easy profit that's s all they're interested in.

The staff at Dr Hitzel they are amazing the conversation is like the old friend or a family member and when I got dentures they look so real that lots of people didn't even know I had dentures LOL the secret is out now

It was a very good experience wi1th Dr Hitzel and staff. I felt very comfortable and confident about what needs to be done. Dr Hitzel is an excellent Dentist.

I've been a patient for years and return because of the superb care they all provide.

I highly recommend this place. I wish I would have found it years ago. I trust Dr. Hitzel, the staff is efficient and friendly and my hygienist, Maria, is a gem.

I've been going to Dr. Hitzel for over a decade for routine dental care plus a root canal and a tooth implant. He can do it all and do it very well. Great staff and office environment.

I think champagne should be changed to "crown royal" dentist association.or just plain Royal.good cleaning but bad news i have hot pockets that need attention.it is a race now for my teeth to last longer than i will.im getting like george burns, so old i don't buy green bananas.nelson
