CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, Miami FL

Where do I begin? I strolled into the store to replenish a face cream and was received and taken care of by a lovely young lady named Sara. She expanded my knowledge and face cream ritual by ten fold, and though the price tag is considerable, Sara was right on point, as the results show what she promised these creams would deliver! The manager was amazing and helped me switch out one fragrance that did not work out for me. I keep working with Sara as my beauty guru and will be a loyal customer for eons to come. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the other team members that are also helpful and welcoming.

The ultimate luxury brand is not only well represented but truly worth the price tag attached. Thank you Chanel team & Sara for making me prettier every day! (They also received my small service animal without any issues while we shopped!)

Absolutely charming Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in the heart of the Brickell City Center. Coco Chanel’s iconic fragrance is embodied within this deeply sensual perfume capturing the essence of the Camilla flower blossoms. I was very charmed by the expertise of beauty advisor Rebecca who showed me many wonderful holiday gift collections, including the limited edition 100 year fragrance. My favorite is the travel set kit with the beautiful refill bottle. Adorable!

My fav local Chanel store! It's always so clean, bright and welcoming. I had a great time with my beauty advisor Marice D. L. T. First of all, she remembered me as soon as I walked in! Secondly, she knew exactly what to recommend for my needs. She was really nice and gave me her full attention until I was finished. I ended up leaving with more than what I anticipated. I will definitely be going back. I appreciate her treating me with respect, enthusiasm and care- she rocks!

Nice staff but they are always out of stock on skin care products so call ahead before stopping in.

OMG this is the best Chanel boutique! I received the most exceptional customer service from their amazing staff. I placed a phone order and received it in two days.it doesn't get better than that. This Chanel boutique stands up to Chanel's stance of luxury and wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for putting a big smile on my face during these depressing times!
