My medical needs were met as soon as I walked into the waiting room for my gynecological appointment. I was welcomed with a smile and was taken care of immediately. I got to my appointment early and got in early. The nurse that took my blood pressure and told me about my appointment was very nice.she made me very comfortable. I was nervous about meeting the doctor cause this was my first time with a new doctor all together. When Charissa walked into the exam room with a great smile I knew I was in good hands. She asked me a lot of questions and she listened to all my answers. She was very knowledgeable. She explained the entire exam and made me very confident and comfortable. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it and I was never uncomfortable. She gets a 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks so much for taking care of me and my medical needs. %

Friendly, professional staff. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Charissa was attentive and knowledgeable. Bathrooms were untidy, which is why I only gave 4 stars. Highly recommend this office!

I will say that the front office staff is slow and not well organized. Did not have paperwork ready and I saw a new patient come in to schedule and appt and she left after 30
Minutes because no one ever got back to her. You front office staff is the face of your practice and you need to make it a little more efficient. Just my opinion. I have been in healthcare for over 30+ years. This is killer for any practice.
We LOVED Charissa! She spent a great deal of time with Savannah and we really liked her. Compassionate, caring, making sure Savannah made an educated decision. She talked to her appropriately. She is amazing!
