My experience was horrible, unprofessional, inconsiderate, the process was not taken care of before I made a special trip to meet with one of their realtors. If the realtor had checked her P's and Q's, i would not of had to make a trip to Florida for nothing. To top it off it off, she has not even had the courtesy of calling me. My experience was devasting, stressful and unprofessional.
