I had the absolute DISPLEASURE with working with Guillermo Roldan. He was aggressive, unprofessional, misrepresented the application fees and was absolutely condescending. I would NOT recommend working with him!

I just want to say, yet again, thank you Michael Imperiale. There aren't enough words to put together to express how grateful we are for you and everything you did for us. You made selling our home such an easy process. If anyone needs a realtor in South Florida, please choose Michael! He will treat you like family and look after you.

We found Mimi Kuppin to be very unprofessional. She called us out to perform services on a Sunday, emergency service / after-hours situation. The employees left their families, spent their own gas money to get to the work site, only to hear upon arrival that Mimi was canceling the work. No advanced notice. We called her to follow up, and her response was to hang up on us. There are a million good real estate agents out there - avoid this company.

The office staff and broker of record have been nothing but a blessing to me. I will continue to hang my license at this fantastic office. Any time that I need anything my team is there to assist and always help us get things done. I enjoy the team environment in the many events that we have annually. Most importantly, this is a brokerage that cares about their real estate associates and wants them to be productive and helps them by providing great education and support. Michelle, Leidy, Austin and Jackie have been the best support I could ever ask for and besides it’s great dropping in to the office and saying hello to whom I consider not only coworkers but friends. Low life realtors who could care less about their clients interest. Broker is rude and obnoxious and of little help.
