Charleys Cheesesteaks, Clearwater FL

I haven't had Charley's in a while, so I decided to give them a chance while I was killing time before my movie. The cashier acted as if me ordering was bothering his entire day. He cut off my "hi how are you" with "what can I get for you". I tell him what I want, and he's still texting on his phone. He tells me the total, I get the money. I'm standing there with my hand out with the money, but of course he doesn't notice because he's just sitting there texting. The cooks were super nice, but the cashier could be a bit more attentive.

Waited in line for 10 minutes. Rediculous, i would of left but car behind me. Worat service ever. Hire more peopls.

Food cooked fresh and can’t go wrong with the ultimate fries and imelda was the sweetest:)

I was here last saturday, and there was very good service, a girl named Maria very nicely gave me my sandwich.

Esteban was gracious enough to take my order and make me a sandwich himself 2 minutes before closing. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating

Last time I came to this one the food was so bad I didn't bother to write a review (Especially because the fries were always raw and the tomatoes were mushy). But this time they definitely stepped it up. Food was fresh and delicious.

P.s. There are different workers from when I was there last time so I decided to give them another try.

Its pretty damn expensive, 3 large steak sandwiches and 3 cheese fries/drinks ended up close to 60$ the fries/cheese was terrible and the sub was just terrible.better off going to firehouse subs or subway imo.

This place is terrible and Way overpriced! OMG 5 dollars plus for fries with a spoonful of cheese and if you have a problem with the order to bad you better bring the food back and if you try and contact corporate they Never answer the phone! Just an answering machine so that they don’t have to deal with customers and what a shocker they Never called me back! Go somewhere else this place isn’t worth it

Their cheese steaks should be called cheese steak hoagie that's what they are called in Philly but anyway.they are pretty good Nothing like Philly I don't think they slice ribeye I seen the meat is frozen.it comes with lettuce tomato pickles mayo fried onion/ peppers / mushrooms and provolone cheese or cheddar. My grandson wanted American but they don't have it I don't like lettuce tomato on mine eaither I like a cheesesteak to be a Cheesesteak. I will be on my search to find "The Philly Cheesesteak" in sunny Florida now that I live here. Hard to find Good Italian food

Went there at 6: 45 and they spouse to close at 7 pm and stuff said we can't serve u because we closed the fryer.
Very bad customer service don't go there
