Charleys Cheesesteaks, Sunrise FL

The cashier (Keadely) who took the order was extremely professional and the cooks and servers were quick. It took me less than 15 minutes to devour my food. Everyone did an excellent job!

Only disappointment was their excessive use of natural products. A big "cardboard" like box for you sub, too many or natural resources for a small sandwich!

It was just ok. Nothing special. I had the buffalo chicken Philly. Not a lot of flavor. If I go back will try something different.

The cashier summarily change my order for small regular lemonade to a more expensive strawberry flavored one. It's like she was trained to maximize the sale for each client like a robot. In fairness to her, almost all the salespeople at Sawgrass Mall are like this. The there was hardly any chicken on the soggy chicken Philly sandwich.

The Original fries were freshly made and are vegan, they are fried with soybean oil. The staff was very polite.

Salty as all hell!

Years ago, I went to the amazing one at Broward Mall and it was ALWAYS good and never super salty. After almost half a decade, I decide to go to the one at Sawgrass today aka this one and it was really bad. $19 for a sea of salt and terrible fries. Bad enough High BP runs in the family. Ridiculous.

I have been to this charleys many times and this time i think they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was given attuide and disrespected.i ordered cheese and mayo and got peppers abd pickles. I dont recommend never coming back. GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT. And the old
lady was dancing in the back making tiktoks like she isnt 79 years old

They have to work a lot to improve the service. It cannot be possible that they take 22 minutes to give you a sandwich, that is too long for a supposedly fast food place.

The meat seemed to be made of cloth.one of the worst fast foods I've ever had. I couldn't get rid of the bad taste even with mouthwash all day. The service, price and size are good.

Their subs are pretty good, nothin special, but definitely good & well seasoned. Their fries are pretty good too. When my orders ready, I usually ask them to put a little bit of seasoning that they use for the subs, in these little small clear containers on the side, & I dip the fries in it (jst a little bit), taste great. Sometimes I eat'em just like that or after seasoning I mght dip them in a little ketchup too. But the best thing to me, if I don't order anything at all. It a MUST I at least get one of their fruit drinks, only because they have pieces actual "REAL FRUIT" them. The best part is the fact that you can mix whichever flavors you want together (not sure if there's a limit to how many you can mix together, but I usually mix at least 3. Some locations may have more flavor options than others. But the one in the Sawgrass Mall in Sunrise, FL has the best options. Watermelon, Peach, Blueberries, & Strawberries.from what I can remember, not sure if they had Mango also or not. But you really can't lose either way. Mix whichever ones are ur fav. When a big chunk of fruit comes through while you're drinking, it's the best part to me. Sorry for the rant, but I jst had one of their drinks the other day, & it's making me wanna go get one now. Hope I'm not the only one on here crazy about their fruit drinks, lol

Very satisfactory prices and a regular sandwich that is already very large.

It was good, I don't know if it was me but I couldn't finish my food. It was very tasty and affordable. Y would love to repeat.
