They have great tasting cheesesteaks and fresh French fries. They also have managers special meal deals.

I ordered on the app for delivery on oct 3. I never recieved my order. Called the store, and was told that they have a 3rd party delivey service so its not their problem. I never received my food nor was i refunded my money. Terrible people and service. Do yourselves a favor and never order from here. They are thieves!

Great Philly! Fries and mozzarella sticks were good. Visiting from outta town, but next time we're here, we'll stop back!

Why do you call it "3 Bacon.sub". Is it because you know we will want a third pieces of bacon once we get it home? LoL

Amazing fries best drink in the world is the watermelon with lemonade and strawberries definitely recommend

The food is great and messy AF as always, but that's the draw. The atmosphere of the location.not awesome. It is like a cavernous echo chamber with a badly worn floor and few neglected seats and booths. That really is more a milwaukee kind of thing than a Florida thing and very weird. Best bet - order to go via the drive thru.

I love Charleys. It’s my favorite place. This location is the best foods always hot and good and the manager is awesome.

Had an issue with my Ubereats Order where they forgot the Jalapenos on my cheesesteak. I spoke with the manager and he was dedicated enough to drive over another cheesesteak with the jalepenos. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you!

Edit: I wanted to update this review since it originally was about a problem. I have since ordered many many more times and have never had any more issues. All of the orders have been accurate and correct each time I order and I usually order with adjustments. Recommend this place, very consistent!

Great food, terrible service. Anyone that needed service inside had to wait at least ten minutes to even be greeted. We paid for gourmet fries but were told that they were out of bacon bits when they finally brought us our food after thirty minutes. The soda machine was leaking water from one end of the store to the other. It's possible that this store might be short staffed, but that's no excuse for them not to greet customers standing at the counter at least to find out what they need.

I thought the potatoes were the same amount as at another Charleys I went to but no, they give less potatoes there.

Charlie’s is always amazing and the guy who works there with dark brown hair always gets my order right i went today and there was a lady there instead and a few times she has been there and this is the second time our order has been wrong. We asked for lettuce on our philly and didn’t get it and the last time they put tomatoes on it. I don’t really like her attitude either. But the guy is amazing and the food and service is amazing when he is there!

Not a place to go for atmosphere, quiet no one there, cheesesteak was ok certainly not the greatest as they claim

I’ve never had Charley’s before. Last night I ordered from another restaurant on Uber Eats and after an hour- the restaurant cancelled! I stumbled on Charley’s and decided it’s getting late and the family is hungry— I’ll try it. We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and a Chicken Philly with extra chicken, extra cheese, extra tomato, grilled onions, grilled peppers, grilled mushrooms, pickles, and ranch on the side. Usually when u alter a meal even a little, restaurants usually mess it up, so I was nervous about this order. But, our order arrived super fast, piping hot and done absolutely perfectly- no mistakes. Then we all ate it and everyone was raving! The flavor of the meat has a grilled, smoky flavor, the meat is tender (even the chicken!), and all the toppings were fresh and tasty. I can’t believe I’ve never eaten at Charley’s before! After last night we will be ordering again——SOON. Super happy that other restaurant cancelled and I stumbled on Charley’s! 5/5!

The staff was friendly. That’s about the only good thing I can say. A traditional Philly cheesesteak does not have lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayonnaise on it. What is that? The steaks had barely any cheese on them, the steak was very dried out meat, couldn’t even finish it because it was so gross. No peppers and onions like a traditional Philly. This was my first time coming to one of these chain stores and it will be my last unless some major changes occur. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly, and they deserve that much in credit.

Very good cheese steaks. The ingredients were especially fresh tasting. The bread was really soft and delicious. Fries were perfect. They did not have any tea to drink when I went.

It was very delicious. But in a perfect world all fast food chain's would have " Yum Yum sauce"! But I'll definitely be back.
