Charleys steakhouse oak ridge in Orlando Florida orange blossom trail very unprofessional i placed an online order for pick up to only find out that the restaurant was closed for the day they took my money knowing that they location was currently closed im a very unhappy insufficient customer never oder online again from charleys

Ordered a large Philly cheesesteaks and a Chicken Buffalo with fries and the quality of the food was REALLY good, the flavors and everything! Didn’t disappoint! Also, this is my 3rd time coming to this Charley’s and it’s always clean and looking nice. Keep up the good work

I come to eat here often and the quality of the food is always the same in great taste. Employees here are always friendly and I never wait more than 5 min for my food to be ready.

Delicious foods, if u r a local u Shud try the manager special. It brings chicken on the sub but for 1$ more u can change it to a Philly cheese steak

Just a regular fast food place. The philly sandwiches and fries were hot, so that was good. The staff was not fluent in English but they tried as per their capabilities. The place was empty due to christmas holidays. The food came out fast. Their spicy relish was good. The order was as it was placed. They did not have not did they know what Cajun or other seasoning was which could be used with fries (as provided in the malls when you buy their sandwiches at the mall). Everything else was fine.we went there twice to eat.

Price a little high for what we expected.but very good food and the customer service was great!

First off let me say that it was my first experience with Charley's. We ordered a manager's special it was fresh, and hot. I got home and split my sandwich with my husband, we both agreed it was good but there was absolutely no seasoning on the chicken steak sandwich I purchased. The only thing that gave the sandwich some sort of flavor was the onions, peppers and Mayonnaise. We were hungry so of course we ate it. They should think of a seasoning blend to put on the meat because not everybody likes bland food.

I went here to eat lunch with my son today the first time! Our food was very good but I couldn't enjoy it today because of homeless lady came in and sat down at the table across from us she wasn't eating there she didn't have a drink from there. I'm not a heartless person dut I could not enjoy my food this lady went through the motions of having convulsions she was moaning out loud and rolling her eyes back in her head laying on the table, she obviously was on something and we spoke to the person that took our order Ciro and a couple other employees all they would say is that she had a sleeping disorder. I'm sorry but I am paying customer. So now every time I think about eating here that's what's going to come to my mind so I probably won't be going back! Most places don't tolerate people hanging out in your establishment if you're not a paying customer!

I'm not sure who the manager was.
They seemed unconcerned it's just like they must allow her to hang out there a lot it just seems so common for them for her to be there!

Just sat in drive thru for 45 min. Encountered rude staff. Get home and my order is completely wrong. Great job.

Awesome food. Had the, “Old School “ with fries and a sweet tea. Counter rep recommended the red pepper relish, it was spicy but amazing!

I have to say the steak on the cheese steak sad tender, but I cant say it even comes close to Miami Grill. The Sandwich as a whole was sloppy and dry, even half the steak. I also got fries with our 2 cheesesteaks- ($10) for an additional ($5) and ordered 10 buffalo wings- ($14) my total was $46. I felt for the$10 fries should be included, the sandwich wasn't worth $10 alone. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the Buffalo wings. I think there are much better choices for the money. I could have had Olive Garden for less.

OMG I love the steak sandwich classic! If you haven't tried it, it's a most have!
