One of my favorite BBQ spots. The brisket is out of this world. Awesome staff. Great BBQ and drinks. A friendly modern sports bar with great food

Customer service was unfortunately a zero. Even after speaking with two managers. Nina was especially rude and condescending.
The pic shows the food to be taken home (left overs) but as I was ordering an identical item to go a waitress took the food away despite a to go box next to the plate. Waitress replaced the meat but not the sides. When I called the restaurant asking for a credit for the sides I had to speak with three people. John offered to only replace the sides if I would drive the 40 minutes to get them. Refusing the offer I was transferred to Nina who promptly told me I should've told the waitress I wanted the sides (I did tell the waitress).

Apparently the restaurant can't afford a $4 or $5 refund so Nina told me I couldn't have the sides because I didn't pay for my meal as I was someone's guest! She failed to explain why I'm allowed to take home the entrée' though

My low overall rating reflects the managers lack of customer service - without a restaurant is nothing

Restaurant was filled with FSU fans because there was a game on, that is fine no big deal, unless you don't go to BBQ joints to watch sports and want to find a place to park, had to park in the oil change places parking lot. The TVs were so loud we were literally yelling for a basic conversation. My whole table only got one drink each, never got asked for a refill. Food was good but nothing that exciting. When we were very clearly done eating, took about 30 minutes just to get a check and leave. I would try again because I understand it was busy, but if it's the same next time it will probably be my last time.

Just passing thru after a few VERY difficult, emotional and physically demanding days. We could not have picked a more perfect place to unwind, relax and finally just enjoy US.of course then wait Jimmy stopped by and was over the top fantastic. He won't remember us, but we will forever remember him. God bless Y'all!

Atmosphere is great, bar is great, really good old fashioned, server was great. Food was great selections but some of it was subpar ingredients, like the quality of the prime rib. Was well cooked though. Pulled pork mac was just ok, pulled pork was pretty dry, too dry for pulled pork. Deep fried oreos were amazing. Finally, the reason for 3 on service, servers and kitchen final execution (prob also means the servers), cold and annoyed, do not acknowledge when you thank them, sloppy plates, sloshed sauce all over the plate when serving, kind of a mess, just generally too much obvious projection of I hate I have to be here right now. Prime rib was cold too, prob sat for a while. Would return for the bar and the apps, prob not for entrees.
