Charlie Johnson Builder, Mt Dora FL

We bought the house in April of 2021, we received the Certificate of Occupancy on January 24,2023. We have a large lot and the subcontractors drove all over it, with consent and knowledge of Charlie Johnson Builders. We have over an acre of damage caused by the heavy equipment and have made numerous request for the damage to be fixed. Charlie Johnson has refused to address it or respond to our request to fix it. Their finishing work was substandard, the painting was poor, we had tile work with missing grout, the wrong grout color was used in both bathrooms. We are very disappointed with the work and the response from the company. We would not recommend this company to anyone and if you have a contract with them, please take a note of the above information and follow up with them if you see the same thing happening on your "dream home".
