Always a great experience dealing with the people at Charlie's. They do fine work at very reasonable prices. They are also exceptional at communicating, both with timely follow-up calls and with explaining what issues you might have in easy to understand terms.

They checked my tires for nails and were honest about it just being some rocks that looked like they could've been nails. I was getting ready to hit the road and wanted to make sure, and to get them patched if so. Made me feel safe and confident on my trip back to Miami. If I had needed a patch the price was right too, though I forgot if it was 20 or 25 or 30? Either way, for being located in the beach, they're not gouging the price.

My husband called & asked if they specifically had a ‘BMW battery register device’ bc his BMW needed a new battery. They said YES. He brought it there, purchased the battery & a few hours later they called stating it was ready. Was charged $300 to change a battery. But, when he went to pick it up, NOTHING worked. The windows didn’t go up or down, the lights didn’t turn on, radio wouldn’t turn on. He went back into the shop— the kid working there played dumb as if it was brought in like that. Then deferred to his boss. The boss said, they didn’t do anything wrong. They obviously didn’t have the battery register device needed to reset the settings when changing the BMW battery. After some yelling, Charlie’s finally did the right thing and put the original battery back in & refunded the money. BUT the damage is already done. Our regular BMW mechanic (was away which is why we ‘tried’ Charlie’s) tried to fix it but couldn’t! EVERYTHING is screwed up. Its un-drivable! Now need to bring it to the dealership. WHY can’t people be honest? !? And what’s worse, Charlie’s was just going to let us drive away as if they haven’t done anything wrong. DO NOT trust CHARLIES!

I had an emergency with my car and Charlie's was able to get me in day of, fix the terrible job previously done on my car where my oil was constantly leaking, and bring it back to life and fix it in a timely manner. They made sure everything was fixed and gave a full explanation. Highly recommend and appreciate their kind and great service!

Get a new front desk person… what a PITA to try and get any information from about what could be included in a service.

No work was done. Took my jeep in 8am to put break calibers on told the girl. Was going to wait at blue parrot right behind the car place until she called me. Well after 2 1/2 hours I walked back to condo and she was there

Solid service, good value. I had a routine oil change here for my Chevy Suburban. The place has been a local, go to auto repair place for many years. The counter service was friendly and the cost was fair and competitive. They'll call you when your service has been completed so you can walk along Cory Ave shops and get something done while you wait - I got a haircut!
