My experience at the charm beauty lounge was phenomenal! This being my first time getting a Russian mani and pedi, Daria thoroughly explained the process to me and the nail tech went above and beyond even staying in the shop later then she was supposed to. Very professional, but comfortable Environment Nadya was very attentive, serving coffee, and tea and chocolates! The owner Mila had done my hair and she was very thorough and patient I was in the chair for six hours to bleach my hair And I barely noticed because she was very friendly, and made the experience pleasant.

I had my first experience doing a Russian manicure with Ludmila. The salon was VERY attentive and hospitable. Ludmila is amazing and gentle. I got so many compliments with the results of my nails. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I don't like when people speak English and then decide to speak another language in front of me it's rude especially if I'm your guest.
Also I made appt. With Mila and she had some guy do my hair with no explanation or introduction.

I love getting my nails here they are perfectionist at what they do. Russian manicures look so much better and cleaner.

I got a Russian/dry pedicure here by Alina, she did an amazing job! My feet look brand new. Everything in the salon was clean and the tools were sanitized and in closed packaging. Super important for infection prevention. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the service. Prices are reasonable too I will definitely be back.

My place to go for any hair services. Your experience starts when you just step in. The environment is very warm, every time I go there. The staff is taking care you don’t wait long even if you come a little bit early. Coffee on point with healthy snack. My two girls I go to are Zlata and Mila (the owner). I’ve done with them ombré, hair straightening treatments, haircuts and every time was amazed with the results.
Moreover they not overpriced and very flexible with appointments so it just make your beauty routine easier. Highly recommend this place.
