Group of 20 people traveled in Florida and 7nAbove was a great choice! The cost was good, drivers on time, buses clean and air conditioned, and we would definitely use them again. Worked with Lenny to set up the trip of 3 separate legs with 2 different drivers. Lenny was great to work with and answered all questions and concerns, he was professional and courteous, and it was a great choice! Highly recommend.

The Princess Fort Lauderdale Debark Tour Everglades Airboat and Flamingo Gardens tour #FFL650 $79.95@ was simply awful, mostly because of Valerie, the bus tour guide. She was a very poor representative for the bus company, 7NAbove. The owner of the company should go undercover!
1) The bus driver hadn't driven 100 feet when Valerie said to give a hand to our wonderful bus driver. Really?
2) "Oh God" and "God" were used frequently. I found this to be COMPLETELY unacceptable from "a professional, " working with the public.
3) At Flamingo Gardens, Valerie said loudly to the group at the train station that we could go anywhere we wanted because "... This is a FREE Country! "
4) Someone in our group shared an experience from when he was tour guide, and Valerie completely dissed him.
5) Valerie's English is poor.
6) There was no toilet tissue in the bus restroom. Valerie told me I could use the restroom at the next place. 50 minutes later! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! I learned later that the bus driver put tp in restroom. Kudos to him.
I wish I had gone to him instead of Valerie, but I felt awkward.
To recap our experience, Valerie was arrogant, condescending, thought she a great sense, when in reality, whenever she opened her mouth, it was comparable to fingernails on a chalkboard!
Valerie is in the wrong profession.
