Chase Bank, Miami FL

This was one of the best full service locations with efficient and friendly staff but no more. They converted it to money management only except for the ATM's. Sorry to loose it.

This branch doesn't do company deposits. No representative inside to help, only one who was sitting on the phone, ignoring anything.

Chase is a great bank to do business with and this particular branch is outstanding.
We have been chase customers for over 30 years and have been very pleased with the services and products that they have to offer.
This branch is particularly great because of the building design as well as they employees.
The foyer has an ATM machine available for customers. After hours, you feel secure because the only way to get to the ATM machine in the foyer when the bank is closed is to use your ATM card in the card reader to unlock the door. Once inside, the door locks behind you so you don't have to worry about being attacked at the ATM.
The employees are very helpful and always available. We recently opened an additional account at the branch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked how we needed assistance.
As we waited for officer, we were offered coffee or water.
The branch is clean, organized and tellers move customers through in a timely manner. A few weeks after we opened the account, we received a call from the branch manager who told us that if we had any concerns or questions or needed help making decisions for additional accounts to not hesitate to call.
All in all, this branch is great and we have been very pleased with Chase Bank in general.

Avoid this Chase bank location, you going to spend more than an hour waiting for the help of an associate, I do not recommend this place.

Very good bank, quick, efficient, with friendly and helpful people.
