Chase Bank reviews
13Very efficient. Had to have something notarized & in no time at all I was attended & within 5 minutes out the door. I would recommend this Chase.
Don't expect any service, any respect, any experience here. I ve been a customer forever but will change at this point, usually there are no tellers to assist, now there are tellers but since my regular ID was stolen noone can help.
I was surprised this bank had such a low rating since it's such a busy location and a beautiful building, however now I know. It's extremely poorly managed. I tried to walk in for a meeting on Tuesday only to be told I needed an appointment. That's fine except no of their reps were busy with other clients. I said OK and had them help me setup an appointment for the following day. Fast forward to the following day and they "lost" my appointment and they want me to wait!? The whole reason I made an appt was not to wait. Ive now taken two hours off work to go to the bank and have zero to show for it. I highly suggest to avoid this bank.
I think it's a shame that they put machines protruding from the teller desks, taking over tellers jobs one window at a time. There are only two windows with actual humans and big ugly machines for the rest of them. Shameful that chase would rather buy a machine than support a person with employment. I refuse to use them because I like dealing with people and I'm looked at like I'm from another planet.
This review should serve as proof that, yes, I can actually READ a document; the same can't be said of this branch's bankers (not to mention their complete and utter inability to grasp COMMON SENSE). Having already had multiple bad experiences at this place, I wanted to go to the 5th St location instead- but that branch can't even be bothered to answer its phone. Can't wait for JP Morgan Chase Manhattan to finally flee NYC for the sunnier South coast just like everybody else. Maybe we can finally get some cognizant bankers transplanted down here.
Antonio does not want give the information. And the benefits to open an account there.
Bad costumer services
My 2 cents after reading this parade of venting individuals: we have been private and (small) business customers for 5+ years and can tell that this is a very good branch that is attentive and cares for their customers.
(Individual experiences may vary according to individuals I almost would add.)
This is not a good branch. They have no appointment system and the people are very unprofessional.
Arrived 5: 05pm bank closes 6pm. All bankers were free and I wanted to open a business account. They told me they cant help because starting a bank account takes long time and they will close soon (in 55 minutes)
Lazy people hurting the bank.
Staff is not professional. I setup a meeting to open a business account and when I got there they told me the account manager was not there he forgot about my appointment and asked if I could come back another day. Needless to say, I took my money out of Chase bank and moved it to a local credit union.
The teller called Allison doesn’t put any effort into the deposits she is scanning. I had over 20 checks to deposit and the deposited amount kept coming back incorrect. At the end it was a user error, she couldn’t figure it out. Her way out was just telling the next door teller to do it. Great job!
Not providing help to old customers can be annoying. They act like serving a customer is doing him a favor.
I made a appointment before getting there and i wait almost 30 minutes.worst customer service ever! Really disappointed.
