21Just left this location because I needed to make a whole bunch of change for my job. I was serviced by Emmitt and have to say that his his customer service was impeccable. Even though I needed a whole lot of change, he made sure I got it all back how I needed it. I'm not a Chase customer, but I am very satisfied with his help.
The worst branch. Zero customer service. Who’s in charge of Chase bank with all of these one star ratings do they not see this what is going on we deserve so much better
This is by far the most incompetent branch ever. Every time I go here they cannot even complete simple deposits. The staff is rude and have no training or leadership. This is the closest to my work and do not want to drive 20 minutes to another branch. Stay away if you have anything complicated. They cannot complete deposits without issues.
It's 20 to 5 and the phone just rings. No one answers. The lights are on and no one is home.if my landlord didn't bank here, I would NEVER do any business with this bank.
Pedro the Lone business banker couldn't process a simple dba paper (yes a lone piece of paper) in the 24 minutes before his next appointment. Since when does chase even do appointments? They are too busy complaining your mask isn't over your nostrils to provide good service. Then again good service and chase shouldn't be used in the same sentence. The kicker is this document was once in their system. Now it's my problem it isn't. I had to cash a large check written to my dba name. What if I needed that money or I would be broke? Not a consideration they wanted to make.
Second attempt to add my husband’s name to the bank account. Second time was turned around. First time the reason was that I don’t have enough forms of identification, second time I needed to make an appointment. After talking back and forth with a banker turns out he can help me to CLOSE my account rather than ADD my husband’s name! Guess what? The banker insisted so I needed up closing and pulling all my money out. They rather loose a customer than help out. Wow! The worst service ever!
BEEN COMING TO THIS BRANCH SINCE IS CLOSE TO WORK FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. ALL TELLERS ARE FRIENDLY BUT TODAY I RAN INTO A SITUATION WHERE MARIA FERNANDA SHEPUT HELP ME ALOT! SHE DESERVES A 10 STAR!
WORST CHASE EVER. Came here at 5pm ask the banker who was texting in his cubicle to help me set up a business account and I was told it was too late. Bank closes at 6pm. It doesn’t take a hour to set up a biz bank account. I guess texting was more important. He also told me that my business needs to show up on “the sunbiz site” before I can open an account. He would know that it already does if he would have just sat down and did his job. Guess it’s too hard to work. Bank of America was able to open the account for me. At least some places employ people who want to work.
Even knowing that I am a customer I was left unattended in the lobby for over 45 mins after signing the appointment sheet. There were two tellers who were talking with each other all the time and they never came to me to ask if at least I was alive.the two representatives on the front descks they never came to acknowledge my presence as well.
During the time I was waiting, another person came and just went to the male representative asking him a favor.sure he helped her without even looking at me.
Today this branch, and the bank, just lost a new business account from an import and export company which has an average of $2 million dollars monthly ballances.so sorry for them.
At the end of the day, I was wondering where the manager was during this time and what type of training is delivered to these branch's employees.zero customer services.
I've had good service at the branch, but now no teller line. I go for quarters and now I can't any more. Get those machines to pump out quarters then I'll be fine.

I hired a tree service to do some work at my home who banked with Chase. I made the $350.00 check payable to the company. The company owner tried to deposit the check, but was told he could not because he only had an individual checking account. I went to the branch with the owner of the tree service and was instructed by the branch manager to give him $350.00 cash and she would return the check to my bank unpaid.
The check was never returned and the branch manager released the hold on my check and gave it to the tree company owner. So now I am out a total of $700.00.
I contacted Jamie Dimon (CEO) and Gordon Smith (Consumer Operations) to help resolve the problem. Their office called and said there was nothing they could do. The branch manager lied about the incident to cover herself.
Do not go to this branch because they will steal your money. I am retired on a pension, so $350.00 is a lot of money for me.
Chase prefers to have thieves as customers over an honest retiree.
I thought chase bank was a step above the rest, obviously this branch makes u feel like you’re at a check cashing liquor store. The experience I had at this branch might cost chase my business.
Worst Banking Experience Ever! Will never return to this branch ever again and thinking about closing all my accounts just from this branch experience! Horrible service, long wait time and Maggie Riveros (Manager) is the Worst, unprofessional manager I have ever seen! She needs to be replaced immediately before Chase starts dropping customers because of her. OUTRAGEOUS how unprofessional she is!
So slow drive though is HORRIBLE if the drive through is even open because it's closed half of the time.
Don’t even bother trying to call them. Nobody ever picks up. Unprofessional.
Oh and even if you set an appointment, be prepared to wait at least 30 min to an hour. They overlap appointments. Do not waste your time going here.

Wow worse service I've ever received at a bank! The manager is a bit** and didn't want to help at all. I'll never go back I wanted to close my account with them due to this banks horrible customer service
I came last Saturday to open a savings account, spent 40 mins waiting to speak to a rep, the waiting line didn't move a bit, so I left. Today I came 1 hr before their closing. They refused to take me saying that they need up to 1 hr to open a savings account. Bad customer service.
Ignorant, nasty customer service. I'll be closing all business with Chase due to this type of service.
