Chase Bank, Miami Lakes FL

Worst bank ever. Came to open a business account. The guy who was greeting people (bank was empty) asked us if we had Sunnis we told him yes he Wendy to ask if they could assist us. Came back and ask us to see the Sunbiz like we were stupid and that we would have to come back at 1: 30pm. There were no customers bank was empty. They don’t want to work.

I went last week to deposit 25k and realized I had leave my License at hone since it's required an ID when depositing over 10K. I
handle my conceled license permit (gun permit) and 2 employees from the branch said that its not a valid ID even thought it's issued by the State. I had used this ID at another branch before many timesat 15424 NW 77Ct. I came today and ask this branch again if it a valid ID to deposit and they response why Yes. So from what I'm seeing here is that the employee at this particular branch who did not want to accept my conceled weapon permit need to be properly train.

They take the award for worst bank in Florida. Always Only one teller (sloth) speed, seeing that there’s a long line with irritated customers they still don’t open another lane. Terrible service

Terrible went in to open a business saving account under my existing business acc on Saturday at 12: 50 PM (they close at 2 on sat) they told me they where closing soon and there was no time.they had 2 ladies just sitting there talking with out doing nothing.actually garbage costumer service this chase has.complete trash. I've deal with someone else there that has a garbage attitude as well.like if you don't like your job get another one?

After the Chase near Main Street closed (what a shame!), I tried the other 2 branches in Miami Lakes. I go to the bank very often and actually enjoy going inside to see a banker face-to-face. None of my experiences have been pleasant at this branch, to say the least. The bankers I have dealt with have zero personality and fall very short of the standard I have come to expect from Chase. They also clearly don’t like what they do, as they push the ATM on you from the minute you approach the window (mind you, this has happened when there has not even been a line). If I wanted to use the ATM, I would’ve stopped at one of the 3 on my way to my you. For the frequency that I go to the bank, I’d take my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Laura went above and beyond to quickly resolve our issue and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
