Chase Bank, Tampa FL

I think the customer service at this location was poor. I walked in and no one greeted me or offered to help. A banker walked past me twice without speaking but as soon as the next guy walked in he was helped right away. Also the person after that was greeted. The drive through is blocked by employees cars for some reason. Over bad experience at this branch.

This branch has consistent issues with their atm not working.it is a SHAME such a large company hasnt resolved this

Definitely needs an audit/corporate visit to see whats going on

Met with the vice president. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Have always been very pleased with the service and the quality of information afforded to me.

The staff here is really polite but do not come to this location if you need a teller transaction like turning rolls of coins into cash.

The ATM stole my money. It was never resolved. I have been calling the claims department for weeks. The banker would not help me.

Cleaner and well kept compared to others. The drive thru ATMs are quite narrow. Altogether a good experience.

Will never have a Chase account. They refused to cash a check written from a Chase account because it was "a large amount written from a commercial account".

This teams is awful, talking about only a business banker can change an account type from one level to another. This is not the case at any of the other branches I have visited and of course the manager is on vacation and no one is in charge.
