Chase Bank reviews
19It doesn’t matter if there are 0 people in line this branch seems to take FOREVER! Whether you go inside or drive thru it doesn’t matter. I never experience wait times like this at any other branch.
There is absolutely no reason why anyone should be waiting for 30 minutes in the car drive through if there are no cars there and their lights are on open for business. This isn’t the first time that this has happened it continues to happen time after time it’s almost like they are leaving the building to get funds for you. It’s ridiculous and they need to do better there are plenty of other banks that consider peoples time.
All banks are parasitic leaches who steal from their customers. This store hires the worst. "The only store open at 8am on Saturday" sign on the front door: CLOSED SATURDAY.
Staff are so polite and eager to take your money.lol if interest rates were lower id give yall a 5 star so lets get cracking on that i really want to give you 5 stars and yes pay less on my loan.
Terrible customer service. Was in line for what felt line 10 minutes but was probably only 7 minutes. Far too long with no acknowledgement. Only 2 ladies on duty at lunch hour, and old enough to have learned to say ‘hello I’ll be with you. ‘
Went to get items notarized on 2 different occasions and was rejected both times. I have been a Chase customer since 2008 and have never been treated this way. Terrible customer service at this branch!
I waited at the drive thru window for 20 mins before someone came to the window. And to top it off after I told the girl I thought they might have been closed she actually had the nerve to say it was lunch time. Note to self, don't visit the bank at lunch time.
Apparently people who come through the drive thru are of no importance to the workers at chase bank. I’ve been waiting for someone to come to the window for 15 minutes. Finally I get to speak to someone and it takes another 15 for them to even do my deposit. I’ve watched this lady take care of 5 people after handing her my deposit. It’s disrespectful
I have been in 2x and delt with Cathy and she's wonderful. Opened a total of 4 accounts. The last 2 in record time. She's professional and through. Brookie at the counter was super sweet with ny toddler. I have to give the branch 5 stars based on the experience with them alone. Thank you
If you bank with Chase, do NOT use this branch. Perhaps the slowest, most incompetent group of employees that I have ever met.
I am unclear as to what the bank's policy is about allowing sick people to report to work, but they have one person on duty that is so ill, coughing and sneezing all over the branch.
Not only do I not want to bank here because they act as if they don't care, they show it by exposing their customers to an unknown illness in times of confusion.
Bad business!
This is an added on complaint. Today (12/17/21), I went through the drive through and no one answered the call button. I waited for close to two songs on the radio and continually pressed the button. Nothing.
When I went inside, staff was unconcerned at best. The manager was nowhere to be seen. This is a repeated issue at the Zephyrhills branch. No response from corporate to first complaint. Making a BBB complaint for poor service now.
BROKEN ATM TOOK $1260 BANKERS AT THIS LOCATION CAN NOT DO ANYTHING, I CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE IN THE CALL CENTER, ROUTES YOUR CALL TO A CALL CENTER IN INDIA! CHASE IS A JOKE, BANK WITH A CREDIT UNION
I absolutely agree with Mark's review of this branch. EVERY word is truly accurate, including the sick hacking employee! I wish I had read the reviews prior to visiting since it has been quite some time. This is not the same Chase. Extremely incompetent employees and rude uncaring manager.
I had a younger gentleman teller help me he was awesome he made it a point to make sure I got things resolved and the large amount of money and paycheckI was depositing to clear for my medical needs. I am going in today and I am hoping that the same is true because this year has been the worst year of my life.its good to have people that work at a bank that are human and know when to be kind and helpful for those of us who are living through things beyond their control and good intention.thank you!
I can't even get help here I got a boy telling me actually we can't cash your check or help you we are busy
I actually like this location WAYYYYYYYYYYY more than the one on Fletcher in Tampa. However after having multiple issues with Chase I have moved to another bank. Even without the military benefits at the bank I use now its been a MUCH MUCH MUCH better experience than I had with Chase overall.
Went to this branch to get a cashier check, nobody greeted me, nobody acknowledge me, i was invisible, one banker and manager not paying at nothing, just one teller for window and drive thru, I was alone in the bank and wait like 15 min to get the cashier check, only go there if you run out of digital options.
Terrible service, 8 office cubes, 2 bankers training, 1 doesn't have license needed, 1 behind glass on phone for 45 minutes, waiting on the only lady in this place for a simple transaction, if you come here bring a lunch, you will be here for a while.
Hire more people for drive thru. Wait 30mins isn't making me want to stay with your bank
Have had nothing but great experiences since I've been banking with them. Cathy the bank manager opened our account and was extremely pleasant. Could use a few more employees on an everyday basis.
