Chase Bank, Largo FL

They don’t even have a notary at this location. They suggest their customers pay UPS to notarize documents. How they can’t do something so basic blows my mind.

Terribly managed. They put holds on deposits without notice and can't tell you when the funds will be available! Poorly trained indifferent staff.

I visited this location yesterday afternoon within the last hour of the day, and despite one of the workers being new, they were all very helpful and efficient. And even from just one sentence venting about the hurricanes impact on me, the experienced employee doing the training told me about their hurricane relief program, and got me a refund that made a much larger impact than the clerk could know. Though I already recommended chase when asked this has only made me want to more.

I don't know what the deal is with these old, outdated, negative reviews. We got helped right away. All we needed was to wire some money to a Title Company for a new property we just bought nearby. Thankfully, the new house is walking distance to this Chase Bank location! How convenient!: D

Lack of training/management which results in complications of simple tasks combine by poor customer service and negative attitude makes this branch my least favorite Chase branch.
Chase please review.

Normally this place I would give a 5 stars but as for today I will never walk into This branch again I have 6 incounts including a business account I walked in to get change just because I'm wearing a shirt from one of the places I work it says I work she attacked mattacked me told me I couldn't get change and that the place needed to start using them as a bank the funny part is I gave her my business card and my driver's license because I was getting change for my business I got I guess I will be Banking somewhere else for now on

They will take and hold your money for 10-12 days. DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCT with them. They don’t care that your employees need paychecks.
Steer clear and use Wells Fargo or a credit union.

Worse customer service ever would not recommend this location and I will be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere

Extremely friendly, helpful staff and management. I was in and out getting my documents notarized. Definitely recommend this location.

This is the best branch i have ever been, and will ever go to. Adam is so sweet and kind and helped me with everything i needed.

Last Bank in the Universe I'd use!
Went in to make a large deposit with concurrent large deposits to be made.
I will admit, I asked the girl for accounts best suited for a poor person.
She obliged by treating me like one. Lose the attitude lady!

The employees at this branch are so friendly. They always greet me when I walk in the door and they're always willing to help.
